Reasonable price gas…$ 1.37 and $ 3.00 discount on car wash with purchase of gas. $ 4.00 priced car wash = $ 1.00 after discount!!!

I will be glad when they open Kroger. This HEB has a very hard time keeping there shelves stocked. They are always out of items I buy. Last night was also the second time I had to bag my own groceries! With three little kids running around that isn’t an easy task but I did want to get out of the store so I started bagging while there was an employee standing at the next register doing absolutely nothing! I also ordered a cake from the bakery and I didn’t find out until I went to pick the cake up that they were out of that particular decoration that goes on top. A phone call ahead of time would have been a wonderful thought.

Absolutely love my H.E.B. The fresh squeezed orange juice, and the organic chocolate milk is a must have in my house!

Love the store! We spend hundreds here but sometimes I get a little disappointed by the baby food selection. Yes, they have a lot but not what I’m looking for like at Krogers. Needs more variety of stage 3 Gerber foods! Restrooms are awesome!

De mis tiendas departamentales favoritas. En la frontera hay muchas, pero esta es la que yo siempre visito cuando estoy en Cypress. Es pequeña a comparación de un Walmart pero me gusta más tanto su servicio como los productos que venden.
La fruta y la verdura es barata y hay buenas ofertas. Lo que más me gusta es que cuando vienes al área donde venden el café de grano (todos los que vienen de Colombia son muy ricos) hay una cafetera en donde puedes prepárate un buen café y seguir con las compras.
Lo que más me gusta es el helado; el helado de la tienda H-​E-​B de 4 litros es muy barato y delicioso, el de zarzamora con queso es el mejor. Es muy raro encontrar un buen helado, barato y en esa cantidad, pero aquí existe.

This is the first time I have left extremely disappointed from this store. My sister and I walked in to order a cake from their bakery, which we always do for all the family birthdays. My sister went the day before and spoke to a person in bakery and assured her she could bring a picture of the cake she wanted and they would accommodate her. So that’s what she did! She spent hours looking for the perfect cake for my nephews 9^th birthday party. So we get there tonight to order the cake and to our surprise they denied her the ability to order the cake. The excuse was they cannot take pictures from any outside source! I have never heard of this before! The employees that helped her was completely rude to my sister and would not even let my sister explain that she had spoken to someone the day before about the cake request. She just said… «We can’t do it, I got written up before and will not do it» and she just walked away leaving us just standing there! It was completely rude and unprofessional! All she would repeat is for us to talk to the manager of bakery, who was not there at the time. In the years my sister has used their bakery, she has never encountered any problems until tonight. Let me clarify that HEB as a grocery store is excellent and I am only rating the service we received tonight from the bakery department and its employees. We will still remain customers of HEB for groceries, but will think twice before using them for any future cakes. It was a very disappointing experience!

10 Stars! This HEB is at a great location with awesome service. I never have any problems finding what I need on my grocery list. The meat and produce section are very well-​stocked and clean. I drive in from another town up to 30 minutes since we do not have a SuperStore or even an HEB there just to shop at the Cypress location :)

Um, awesomest grocery store ever? Tina of free samples, helpful staff, and clean and shiny and nice! And huge. If they had a camping section, I might just move in and live here forever.

This is our go to place for grocery shopping!
It is fairly new and they have many selections of every item you could think of.
The employees are nice and helpful and the establishment is clean.
Prices are nice and low and the groceries are fresh.
Haven’t had a bad experience yet!

Since this location has opened here in my neighborhood of Fairfield, I have been here every weekend for my grocery needs and it has been great!
They have a great selection of meat and veggies. The fruit is nice and doesn’t have gnats flying around it like other nearby grocery «marts» I shopped at.
They always have samples to taste, and they actually have more than one person working the deli meat counter. High five for that!
I personally like the fact that First Community Credit Union opened a branch in the store, so this is SUPER convenient since I do a lot of banking with them.
They have a gas station and car wash in the parking lot as well, so this is nice and handy, but i have to admit, I prefer Bucee’s car wash. :)

I love HEB! This one is brand-​spankin-​NEW!!! It is huge and spacious so even when packed it seemed empty.

My new favorite place to grocery shop. Plenty of space, wide aisles and lots of selections make this a great store.
Clean and organized.
HEB rarely fails to deliver in my opinion and this is definitely no exception.

This place is extremely spacious… so if you are ready to spend a few minutes in this store, wear your walking shoes! Obviously, new HEBs are starting to pop up in Houston. this one is the newest and biggest one as of 2012. Produce is on the right side of the store so if you are there strictly for that, park on the right side of the store. You will then go up and down the aisles until you check out. It’s a very clean, spacious store, HAPPY GROCERY SHOPPING!
Tip: They have cheap gas prices. fill up that gas tank!
