Every time I set foot into this ghetto @ss walmart, I have problems. Today, I’m not acknowledged at the return counter for minutes, dude is chatting up a storm about any and everything like I’m not there. Then reaches for my bag without a word… oh you want a refund? No dumb @ss, I’m standing here because this ghetto store is where I want to spend time at on a Saturday morning. Then as I’m leaving it’s raining hard, so in waiting the rain out, I see a vending machine dispensing«20 oz sodas» for .50…I sorta put soda down but I’m parched. Out comes a 12 oz… really? So I go back into ghetto customer service again, they don’t really want to give me my money back but do anyway. I’m walking back out by the machines then Ms. Jerri Curl gon come ask me if I was the one about the soda and advise me Wal-mart doesn’t have any control over them, that’s the vendor. I told her then y’all need to tell them. The employees are well aware but don’t care cause they knew exactly what machine I was talking about. Jerri Curl gon repeat the same thing… I just said yeah ok! She needs to be more worried about that curl on her head in 2016 and your vendors deceiving your customers than Walmart giving me .50! After taxes, it probably takes her 15 minutes to earn that amount, maybe that’s why she was so pressed… girl bye! The only 2 bright spots where an older lady named Mary that checked me out and the older gentleman working the front door.

I received a call from Walmart Vision fm1960 and hwy 290 stating my daughter’s glasses were ready for pick up so of course I proceeded to the Vision area in walmart many customers must have received the same call because it was a full house. When we arrived at the counter Carlos(employer) was there, but on the phone, although, Carlos watched as we walked in and now we were standing directly in front of him, he turned his eyes away and ended the convo on the phone and walked away and walked in some room and came out then walked pass me and and toward another customer. I surely thought this time he would say,“someone will be with you shortly” or something I expected for him to show some slither of customer service, but to no avail Carlos walked right passed us and without EVER acknowledging us standing there… I was a little upset at this point since I’m sure Carlos knew we where there… I then turned and addressed Carlos stating that we were here to pick up glasses and it would have been nice if you would have at least acknowledged that we were standing at the counter in your face… Carlos, very condescending said, yes ma’am and then looked away still never saying anything to us like he just realized we were in the room, the gall! I mean did I kill his puppy? lol Not sure why his anger was towards us we just walked in! will be calling his manager later today.

Never go and ask to buy a game they have out if you don’t think that it should be out because they will say yes we will sell it to you and they will tell you that they have sold it to other employees and then refuse to sell it to you never going to Walmart to buy anything their and because all their employees are rude and won’t help you with anything at all

Good customer service helpful staff and good prices. Been shopping here for 3 plus years and they have made improvements. I have done ship to store a couple of times and it worked just fine.

Absolute Garbage employees! This Wal-Mart does not need to be in Cypress. They fail to understand that people live in Cypress to get away from the BS inside of the Beltway and the Loop. People live in this area because it still has a small town feel for a growing area. Apparently this Wal-Mart busses in the crappiest employees, because no one in their right minds of with any common sense would work here. Most of all shame on the management! These are management problems that need to be resolved immediately. I didn’t want to go here but it was early morning and I had no choice. Entered the store and went to electronics. There was a person behind the counter with a vest on. I asked the employee for what was needed, only to be told, «Im on break». I found what was needed. Returned to the counter asking the employee who was still behind an open counter at 6:30AM if I could check out there only to be met with a «No». Never again!

Just another supercenter. Nothing Amazing, good if you are looking for cheaper prices than your typical Target.

This Walmart is huge, and very well stocked. Lots of items here I can’t find anywhere else. Store is new and very clean. A great shopping experience!

It’s a Walmart. Enough said. Am I right? It’s always difficult to find help at any Walmart. And when you actually find it, they don’t really want to help you but have to because it’s their job. I try to avoid coming to any Walmart period. It’s always a last resort. I go to Target for most things.

My wife and I are not fond of this location. The store is always hot — they can not seem to cool it down. Also their back counter — Layaway /Site to Store is not trained very well. We order a lot of items at and have never had issues. I tried 3 times to pick up one item and they never called me back. We will continue to order from , but we will not select the Cypress, TX store for pickup.

I had to wait 35 minutes to get a tank of gas. The manager is a dumb ass.
