Palais Royal

On Christmas Eve, I found myself amongst the rain and traffic, trying to find a place to buy my last minute gifts. I decided, I’d check out Palais Royal.
I haven’t been in a Palais Royal in forever, I think people have the tendency to forget they exist. I didn’t shop a lot in here, being that I was looking for something particular, a purse to be exact. I looked through their entire purse selection. I wasn’t really impressed by it and also sort of annoyed at the pricing of everything.
I think I’m the wrong demographic for Palais Royal though. I could see this being a place my mom would shop. I’ll say this, it’s clean and it’s well organized… it’s just boring. I didn’t walk by a single thing that made me stop and say, «Ooo.» Also, no one asked me if I needed any help the entire time I was here, which I take as a bad sign.
Anyway, I do know that they sell the sort of Christmas sweaters that people are looking for the themed parties this time of year, and that is one plus at least.
