I love this ice cream so much and used to come often. But today was the last time I’ll be coming here. I got yelled at today by the young woman working here. I ordered a small cone with dark chocolate ice cream, with peanut butter and Reese’s pieces mixed in. When she started mixing it I noticed she was mixing peanut butter ice cream which I had not asked for. I told her I’m sorry, I asked for peanut butter mixed in, like cruel peanut butter. Not the ice cream. She made a nasty face and rolled her eyes, and without apologizing, began to redo it. She then blamed me and told me I needed to clarify next time. I told her I had never said peanut butter ice cream. I said peanut butter. That was pretty clear. She then made my cone wrong again, leaving out the Reese’s pieces. She was extremely rude and hostile and my kids got nervous at the situation.

Horrible management only one person opening? That’s horrible I felt so bad I hope she at least makes 10 an hour. Anyway like I said horrible management I walked in to get the usually and they didn’t have it because they replaced it with a different flavor? Idk I didn’t like inconsistency so never coming back. I’ll stick to Connies which is simple but delicious

I liked the place.
The cinnamon ice cream was delicious! Even my picky little sister liked it.
The service was good and I didn’t have to wait to get my ice cream.
Only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the price.

The most disgusting place I’ve ever walked into. The walls were covered in ice-​cream. Maybe because it’s so small that you have to sit against the wall? The floors were filthy and not from being a busy day. Oh no, this is definitely a place that doesn’t get cleaned regularly. The young man helping didn’t know what pretzels are (something the location we usually go to offers). I was already feeling sick by all this and then the female worker says «Ugh I think I’m getting sick!». Meanwhile employee-doesn’t-know-pretzel-dude is playing with an ice-​cream scoop on his jeans. The same one he was about to scoop our ice-​cream with. We cancelled our order and hauled booty to an other location! Barf!

I love this place. For ice cream. Today my opinion was changed after picking up an ice cream cake. I ordered the cake early last week. They asked when I wanted to pick it up, saying they opened at noon. I said I’d pick it up at noon. When I got there at noon it wasn’t ready. I sat around with my 3yo for about 7 minutes while the boy who was working there finished whatever wasn’t done. I’m assuming he’s the one who wrote «happy birthday». Sadly my 7yo could have written it neater. There was also supposed to be Heath bar sprinkled on top and there was none. And before I ordered the cake I specifically asked «is there cake in the ice cream cake?» and I was told yes. When I think cake I think… cake. A couple inches high or something. This ice cream cake had maybe a centimeter of something chocolate on the bottom. NOT cake. Very disappointed. Won’t be ordering a cake from here again. I’ll go to Baskin Robbins or Coldstone.

How do you mess up ice cream? HOW?!
I was content with the red velvet ice cream, but the moment I took a bite of the cheesecake ice cream, I got a mouthful of sour ice cream. WHY?!
Then to top it off (literally), I added cookie dough chunks which had an off taste like plastic. I don’t know what’s going on with this place, but I remember years back when it was spot on. Now it seems like they’ve really tapered off and could care less about the one product they provide: ICE CREAM.
Pretty much ruined my one sweet treat a week on this garbage. Not going back.

Got ice cream. Service seemed good. Had one to go (already paid for) and they offered to store it in the freezer. When we were ready to go, I asked if she could hand it to me from the freezer, and she told me to wait. So I had to wait in line for 10 minutes, just so she could hand me a paper bag with ice cream that was right in front of me, separated by a glass barrier, for the entire time. It then took her under 4 seconds to hand it to me when I got back to the front of the line.
The tables were all dirty and sticky, and the floor was sticky with hair and chewed gum on it. My son dropped a toy and I noticed how gross it was… Had to wipe it down before he got it back.
We tried this once but will be returning to Baskin Robbins because they always have awesome service.

I love marble slab! Can’t complain! Its always clean and I never have to wait a long time! I like that I can customize my milkshakes and ice cream without having to overpay!
