I wanted to write this review so that others do not fall victim to this company and their bad business practices, like I did. I should have done my research before purchasing a mattress from here. I purchased a mattress from this store in July. The delivery went fine — however within two weeks of sleeping on the bed, my husband and I noticed that the mattress was sagging in the middle and we roll into each other at night. That shouldn’t happen on a mattress that you paid 1600.00 for. We went into the store and told the«manager» Alex what happened. He advised that we could file a warranty claim. So, we did. We took pictures of the sag and uploaded them onto their website. We waited 10 days and no one contacted us. We then went back in and Alex then told us that something was wrong with the website, so we would have to upload it onto a customer service website. So, we did. Within 5 days we were contacted that they needed more pictures of the sag and to lay a broom across the bed. The sag in the middle of the bed is almost 3 inches. So, we did that and uploaded the pictures. We were then called within a few days and told that we qualified for a new bed under the warranty, but we would have to pay a 50.00 fee. We disputed this fact, because we didn’t deliver faulty merchandise. The district manager then called us and told us that he would look into it further. Guess what, he NEVER called us back. So, we again went back into the store and talked to Alex, who talked to his district manager who then said that the bed has been discontinued and we could take the floor model or they would give us a store credit. UNACCEPTABLE. I didn’t pay 1600.00 to end up with a floor model! And I am not about to give them more money and possibly go through this circus again. We wanted a refund at this point, because the district manager never called us back — and the bed is now discontinued. We were told that wasn’t possible and when my husband spoke to the district manager on the phone, while in the store, he basically laughed at us. If I have to take the store credit at this point — I will. However, we have called the corporate customer service number and sent emails and no one is contacting us back. We should have done more research on this company. They are located in Florida and here in Houston. The Attorney General in Florida has opened up an investigation into this company and I will be contacting the Attorney General here in Texas. I don’t want any one else to experience what we did. We have learned our lesson, unfortunately at a cost.
