Mattress Firm Clearance

I would not recommend this store. We went in to purchase a mattress for our master bedroom. The salesman Mark talked us into a Tempur-​Pedic that was returned (for a lower price). He said that the Tempur-​Pedics go through a thorough sanitization which makes them «certified pre owned». Even though it had been returned he said that the 100 day guarantee policy would still apply. So we get the mattress, it looks brand new. Slept on it for 2 nights and it killed my back. So we go into the store to ask to return it for another one and we are informed that there is a $ 150 restocking fee. This was NEVER mentioned to us when we purchased it. Mark kept referring to their «great 100 day guarantee» yet not once did he mention the fee. When confronted with this we were told «it’s printed on your receipt». THEN, Mark tells my husband that the 100 day guarantee doesn’t apply bc the mattress was refurbished! A complete contradiction from what he said when we bought it. After this Mark said that he would do the return even though he wasn’t supposed to but we would still have to pay the $ 150 fee. So we ended up paying it and getting a brand new pillow top. Needless to say, we were not impressed with the honesty of this salesman. Be careful if you choose to buy from these guys. There are plenty of other mattress stores opening up nearby to choose from instead.

Salesperson was knowledgeable and patiently answered our questions while we tried out many different mattress types. We ended up buying a top of the line Temperpedic king set, pillows and pad. We paid in full to the tune of $ 6,500. At checkout we were told the mattress pad was out of stock, but would be available in a few days. We agreed to delay delivery until everything could arrive at the same time. We waited at home all day on the delivery date. .NO one ever showed up or called. I called the store to find out what was going on and was told the order was cancelled due to the mattress being out-​of-​stock. The store manager was pretty indifferent to our frustration… saying «these things happen «. Meanwhile they’ve had our money for a week and we had nothing. We went to the store and asked for a refund and were told they can’t give refunds at the store «it must be done at the corporate office «. Finally, 10 days later, we get the refund. We will NEVER do business with Mattress Firm.

We came in after being in two different mattress stores just looking for prices. We left with a mattress! The sales girl was very friendly and helpful and she helped us make a good decision. Very happy with the service provided by her.

Salesman Mark was amazing! I feel like he was genuinely interested in finding us the perfect mattress that would fit my wife and I. We spent about 1 hour trying to find the right one and he was never pushy. I even made the comment to my wife, «I really like this and I think I want this one.» He didn’t flinch. He let us talk about it. Very knowledgable. Very good deals. Unbeatable warranty if you are trying to find the perfect nights sleep. I was very skeptical going in and walked out very pleased!
