Went in to have new lenses put into my frames. I received a call on Wednesday to inform me that my glasses were ready for pick up. Came in Thursday afternoon. Glasses weren’t ready and after about 20 minutes of waiting someone came out to inform me that they broke my frames, and since they were my own frames, Pearle Vision was not liable, but they could give me 50% off a new pair of frames. I declined(why spend more for a mistake on their part) and asked to be refunded for the lenses. I figured I could at the very least walk out without paying them to break a set of glasses. I was told that this was not possible, but they would contact the owner and get back to me by the end of the day. They did not call back. Long story short: I essentially paid $ 200 only to have Pearle Vision break my glasses.

Friendly service, my daughter really likes the optometrist there. I’ve never had a problem with wait time or speediness on the deliverance of glasses.

The first time we went to this business, I was so upset and disappointed with the service and lack of courtesy and knowledge from the staff. I told all my friends to NEVER go there and beware of how horrible they were. I called them a few months later to get the prescription for my child,(so I could go elsewhere and purchase contacts/glasses) and I spoke with ALEX. ALEX was amazing! He seemed genuinely concerned that I was taking my business elsewhere and asked for a second chance. He had excellent customer service skills and I accepted the challenge. Our next appointment went AWESOME! He was attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. In fact, the whole staff was. I told him in the future, we would come back only when he was working and he laughed and said, «please do!» I have had a positive experience since and am thankful that there are STILL some good customer service. These days it is hard to come by, but ALEX changed my mind and kept my business. He should get a raise! :)

I had my eyes examined and bought two new pairs of glasses here. I highly recommend both the optometrist and the store for the eye wear. The staff was also very friendly and informative.

Horrible service!!! Took 2 weeks longer than they said for my glasses to be made only for a lenses to pop out one week later. Dropped them off one afternoon at 1:00 and told would be ready next morning. However they were«busy» and didn’t get to them. Absolutely the worst service. Do not go here. Plenty of other customer service oriented places to go. Oh they the do not call when the glasses are supposedly ready!

Waiting for appointments can be as long an hour without any apologies or explanations from the staff. Contact orders get improperly inputted and delayed. The people at nice but if you value efficiency and your time, I’d probably go somewhere else.
