Today I took my 4 month old to get her ears pierced and the girls did an excellent job! Being she is so young they had two young ladies pierce at the same time. During this time one of the other young ladies in the store entertained my 3 year old. I witnessed great customer service even though they couldn’t wash my 3 year olds hair, they offered to make me an appointment for tomorrow. Good job Sweet and Sassy Cypress!

My daughter and her cousin went in for a «spa» package. It was rushed and the products were cheap. I will not be returning. We could have had a better spa day in a real spa or even at home.

This was a bad experience from beginning to end for my daughters 11th birthday. When I called to book, the process took over 30 min, as I heard the employee taking to friends that were present(«shut up!», «how late are you working?»). The employee asked me to repeat my credit cart information 3 times. Then 2 hours later the manager, Jodi, called to confirm each detail of the already lengthy process. At some point, one of them, should have told me that 11 is waaaay too old to have a party there. The girls were bored out of their minds. None of the costumes fit them(and were too baby like). I paid $ 400 for 8 girls and with 20 minutes left in the 1:45 min package, there was nothing to do for the girls. Terrible. I feel completely ripped off!

We had a very poor experience at this Sweet & Sassy. Our 3-year-old daughter had her first school pictures the next day so we decided to try this Sweet & Sassy. We asked for 2-inch trim of her hair and for her bangs to be cut«just above the eyebrows». The cosmetologist stepped in front of the mirror and began to cut. When she stepped away, our daughter’s bangs were cut half way up her forehead. The bangs were incredibly uneven left-to-right as well as slanted; higher over her right eye than over her left eye. We pointed this out and she made an attempt to correct the bangs but seemed to only be making the problem worse, so we asked that she stop cutting them since they were already too short. We then asked that she taper the sides of her hair to frame her face. She explained that she didn’t have the proper shears to cut hair this way, and remarked that another patron had recently asked for this cut but that it didn’t turn out very well. She didn’t explain why she lacked the proper tools to do her job. She finished cutting the back of her hair, sprayed glitter on her hair, and gave her a lollypop. We paid $ 15.95 and left the store. After about a half hour, when her hair dried, we started to become aware of how bad this haircut was. After washing her hair and brushing through it, it was disturbing. There were huge strands of hair longer than other portions. This is the worst haircut I’ve ever seen. After her school pictures, we went back to the store and talked with the Salon Manager who remembered our visit. She agreed that the haircut was bad and refunded our money. She also offered to fix the back of our daughter’s hair that day and, once her bangs grew out, to fix those as well. As you can imagine, didn’t have our daughter’s hair cut there again. The Sweet & Sassy website claims it is «a cutting-edge children’s salon» that provides«top-quality services» and yet the service we received was so unprofessional that it defies explanation. We appreciate that our money was refunded, but no amount of pink, purple and glitter can distract us from the poor outcome we received when we trusted Sweet & Sassy. We were very embarrassed to send our daughter to school on picture day looking as if we don’t care about her appearance, and each time we look at that first school picture, we will be reminded of why we will never return to, and will never recommend Sweet & Sassy.
