Supercuts

Very unprofessional. People did not know what they were doing. i came in for a blow dry and my son for a haircut. My fin paid for me and without even asking charged my don for my haircut. Glad I was able to have it voided.

Avoid. My wife doesn’t write reviews so I’ll do it on her behalf. She came back home very upset after her haircut. She had a short bob before that was growing out so she wanted to get some layers and even it out a bit. I could’ve given her the haircut that she came home with. She, I rather, had to dish out $ 40 to get it fixed. Thanks supercuts!

Like others have said, they are very slow and inefficient and they have their own agenda on how they cut your hair despite how you tell them you want it. It should be pretty simple when you just want it like it is but trimmed down because it’s growing.
Nicole was the only one who did a good job, but for the past weeks the person answering the phone (the rude one… take your pick) has said shes on vacation, then finally fessed up that she had left. Wish I knew where?

I visited this location yesterday. I needed two haircuts, one for my brother and one for me. I was helped by Maria and my brother got Nicole. There were only two hair dressers working at the time, and although there were 4 people waiting on them, they worked very slowly. It would be understandable if they were taking time cutting hair but most of the time they were talking to each other or slowly sweeping up hair after each haircut. I had to wait well over 45 minutes for the four people in front of me.
While I was getting my hair cut, I asked her to cut it a little bit shorter than I initially told her. She took the front of my hair and cut off a length of hair much larger than I asked for. Then she asked if that was okay, obviously the hair wasn’t coming back so I sucked it up and asked her to even it out.
My brothers hairdresser seemed to have a different problem, when he was finished the hair was very uneven and he didn’t want to say anything to Nicole because she seemed very rude and unwelcoming.
I have had good experiences at supercuts before but this was easily the worst.

Although the staff is friendly, they are slower than frozen molasses in the middle of a Chicago February. I’ve been there 3x now and each time is the same. It’s almost like that Carol Burnette comedy skit when Tim Conway plays the old man that shuffles his feet real super slow. I’m going back to the store in Copperfield, they are much quicker there.

Just hope you don’t get Shantel (the manager — first seat on the right). Everyone there seems to be a hard worker. Shantel is a lazy one!

I’ve been to this location a few times for myself, my husband and kids. I think their cuts are good. They definitely take their time cutting. I guess the only comment I have is that none of them seem to have any sense of urgency between haircuts. The last time we were there there was an entire waiting room full of people and the employees were moving slow, taking breaks and looking on their cell phones. I saw two people walk out after waiting so long. Taking your time on cuts I understand but speed it up in between! They could get through many more clients!

I didn’t like the feeling I got when they called me back. When I said what I wanted I felt like she didn’t take interest nor wanted to cut my hair, she then kept making small remarks about my hair that I didn’t appreciate. She then just left. in the middle of cutting my hair for a few minutes! I asked for a medium bob w/​layers. I had a feeling she didn’t do it. After I got home washed, dried, straightened my hair it was NO bob and one length AND uneven! When I put in a ponytail it had looked like a 2yr old cut my hair! Went back and told her I wanted it fixed, she sorta fixed it, but to top it all off. she was blaming the unevenness on the most ridiculous things and still kept making rude comments about my hair.
Not happy what so ever!
