I’ve never experienced bad customer service here. All of the staff is very friendly and knowledgable and your fur babies are always welcome. Great natural food brands.

If your four-​legged, furry family member requires a specialty food or diet, this is the place to go in the Cypress area. The staff is very knowledgeable, not only about the foods, but breed characteristics. Each time I have a question or concern, the staff always has answers and recommendations. They take the time to educate customers. The service is wonderful and the staff is always warm and welcoming.
In addition to food, this store carries supplies, accessories, and baked treats! Love, love this place!

Nice little place! Carry a good variety of natural pet foods. (Yay for Merrick) and super adorable dog treats, fancy stuff in a case. Had to get a few PB cups for my lil one to try. Excellent staff, the gentleman working assisted a few customers out to their cars with their big bags of food. He also had no problem explaining the Raw diets to me. Hard to find that type of service! Downside is it is a bit pricier on items, but do run sales/​buying programs. Will be back when we need something special!

First this shop is in the Cypress area which is known for having friendly business they are really friendly staff I’m guessing they enjoy the doing what they do. I really try to do what I can for my pets because they do so much for me. Continuing on I have not found a shop that sells bakery type treats I don’t like getting them bagged treats they always have an adverse effects on my pets. They ENJOY getting them they’re birthday treats here. Sometimes they’re on sale but I’d get them anyways if they weren’t. The look that they have when they see them is, Priceless. I do hope they continue to always have these types of treats. Last they are very informative about they’re products and they don’t know the answer they ask someone that does Now that’s good customer service I don’t expect much but I don’t like wasting time who does right? They sell unique khul items like for example they were selling a pink crate c’mon where are you going to find a pink metal crate unique right

My wife & I have a American Pit Bull mix. She started losing hair on her flanks & we had tried two vets and changed just about everything. We were buying a «high — end» expensive dog food. We were recommended to go to Signature brand dog food in duck flavor. Our dog loved it and after about a month, she has almost regained all her hair she lost. I’m forever thankful to folks at Natural Pawz & highly recommend their products & their knowledgeable reps.
