Ok sat at tables in bar area on Saturday. Fruit flies galore were annoying us while we were eating and drinking watching the game. Bartender was mopping the area at 7pm behind bar but this place needs a good cleaning on a regular basis. I watch Bar Rescue and was scared to look behind this bar. Gross… clean up the flies.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but this location sucks! Each time I come here and order the hot barbecue wings, they always seem to be dry without the sauce. This is a problem for a wing restaurant. Do better!

I dine in and pick up to go orders here weekly and I’ve never had a bad experience. Some bartenders are friendlier than others but always good service. Game days are crowded and service is not as fast but servers are friendly and the wings are always good.

This location is often crowded. The hostesses are okay, but unless your hearing is flawless be sure to be close enough to hear your name be called, since no buzzer is given and there is no loud speaker.

This place is always, «it is what it is». The only hope one would have at these places is the hope of good service. Came here to watch a game and it was packed BUT still got prompt service. Hence the extra star.

The take out here is consistently terrible. Seriously, it’s a comedy of errors. I don’t get it either… everything is printed on a receipt… just find those items and place them in a bag. How hard can that possibly be? On this occasion, half of our order was in another person’s bag who was perplexed when they showed him his order and he had several items that he obviously didn’t order. Thankfully it was all still hot when we got it sorted out. That was a huge concern because who knows how long his order had been hanging on the hook there and there was no way we were going to take food that had been out for God knows how long because of the inefficiency of the staff. Make sure you triple check everything because obviously there is no quality control in place. I felt like an idiot because I gave a tip for a carry out order and then I ended up waiting for over ten minutes and my order was horribly wrong. Seriously, I regret giving a tip and probably should have asked for it back. Even worse, I paid on line and she still tried to charge me when I picked it up. WTF? Thankfully, the dine-in service is always pretty good, though in all of our take out attempts(approximately 10 in the last few years), there is ALWAYS something wrong with the order. Every. Single. Time.

This used to be a 5 Star place that we went to at least once a week, but over the last year or so(when they remodeled and changed portions) it has gone down hill. You can tell the bean counters have taken over this once great corporation. Higher prices, smaller portions. We no longer eat here, but we do buy their sauces still.

From the hostess being very rude to the service we received it was awful! Music extremely loud couldn’t hear across the table to talk. Took 15 minutes to receive a mojito ordered another right away knowing it would take a bit and waitress«forgot». We noticed toward end why service was terrible, it was that they had to leave their friends tables to serve other guests. We will never return

Crappy quality food and crappy service. We will not be returning to this location. We went on a Saturday afternoon and apparently, they had their«B» team working that day because service was incredibly slow, our order was incorrect and we had to ask other servers for extra napkins because I guess our server couldn’t be bothered with attending to our needs. Plus, the restaurant wasn’t crowded, so there was really no excuse for our server’s inattentiveness. The food quality was pretty low as well. I ordered the boneless wings and the chicken tasted terrible, gristle and all. I’ve been to way better BWW restaurants with better service and better quality food. Will not be returning to this location!

Okay I used to be a regular here until my friends and I had two bad Sundays here in a row. I mean the first time the waitress wasn’t very friendly and seemed to be rushing us, although she kept saying«No rush.» The second time, my friend and I had to show ourselves to a table and waited for 15 minutes before a waitress could come and ask what we wanted to drink. She also asked what we wanted to eat but realized that we didn’t even have a menu. I ordered water and my friend ordered lemonade. Then we saw a group of kids enter and they were warmly greeted and escorted to a table. Our waitress came by and slammed my water down then took off. We sat waiting to order but never saw her until we saw the kids who had arrived after us get their drinks before my friend got his lemonade(which he never did). After another 15 minutes, we eventually left. It was weird because there were more than enough waiters and waitresses walking around. Sadly, it was such a disappointing experience that when a friend recommended for us to go there to eat again, we both looked at each other and said«Nooo.»

The bf and I went for lunch on a Monday. The food was good and service was great. The server was very attentive and funny. My glass was always full, its nice when you dont have to repeatedly ask someone to refill your glass. I’ve had my share of bad experiences here but this time it went well.

We’ll another chain restaurant failing to give basic service. It took over 15 minutes before any staff would acknowledge me. It was a Sunday night and I understand busy but when over 7 different waiters and managers directly pass my table time and time again it’s gets to be a little sad. I actually had to raise my hand like I was in class to let them know I’d been waiting too long. Once my service came by to get finally get my drink I was hopeful it would run smooth but no. Took forever for her to come around again to take my food order. Granted the food came out in a reasonable time. Wings were good, fries were on the warm side. I’ll try some other locations out but this one seems a little disorganized. Not to mention when I walked in, outside a customer was yelling at the manager because of poor service.

Every time I give this place another try I get disappointed. The wait staff is friendly but extremely slow. The quality has died completely. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants but now it is very close to last. Big thumbs down.

Been here twice with friends, and always ordered the wings lunch special. The wings taste like regular stuff so there is nothing too special about it. There are so mnay tv so close togther that if you had ADD, this place will definitely have you on a roll. There is an experience manager who comes around and acts sort of creepy but then asks you how you are doing and what he can do for you, but he is alright once you understand what he is doing there. I think he should actually greet people whilst they are being seated so that they dont get a bit creeped out everytime he comes around.
