I highly recommend DEY Optical and found George to be wonderful to work with and he also assisted me in keeping within my budget for even georgeous Coach frames! Further, when I was not completely satisfied with my first frame selection, without hesitation, my glasses were returned and we chose another frame which turned out perfect. I have used DEY Optical for my glasses twice. The first time i used the location on Hargrave. The prescription was filled incorrectly and my glasses had to be redone. This is is the first time I have used the North Cypress location. I was told twice if I wasn’t happy with my glasses I could return them. From the first day I wore them they hurt my eyes. When I tried to return them they wouldn’t take them back. BEWARE. Read your receipt carefully because what they tell you is not what they write on your receipt. I will not use them again. George’s ego is bigger than his ability to use honest trade practices. There should be a sign in the store stating you can NOT get your money back.
