There are no options for NO stars! The last 3 times out orders have come to our house incorrect. We order a pepperoni pizza and get BBQ sauce instead of pizza sauce! Our crusts are wrong, and when we call in to let them know they act oblivious and hang up on us. I work in a busy restaurant and know what customer service is, this place doesn’t have any. We will take our business elsewhere.

Horrible horrible horrible service! Food sux! The people up front don’t have a clue! Rude! Cold raw food! Waited almost a hour for a call in that was going to be ready in 15 minutes and they didn’t have a clue and didn’t care. I have used this location several times and food is bad. Told my neighbor about the crappy service and he told me he brought a pizza home that had a cooked roach in it. He took it back and they said they would make him a new one. He said all they did was put new cheese over the top and ran it through the oven again and put it in the same box. He lifted the new pizza out of the box and he noticed to hole in the crust on the bottom that had the roach in it. Sick!

Terrible service! Yeah so my order confirmation said it would be at my house in 29 minutes. Nope, but being patient, I wait another 10 minutes to call to check. Called, they said the delivery person took three pizzas out and to give them another 5 – 7 minutes (that’s kinda specific). Waited another 20 and no pizza. Called back and was on hold for 5 minutes. Hung up and called again. Confused person on the other end said he would cancel the order and credit my account. Not sure either of that will happen.

Twice my order has been wrong out of the last three times I ordered there. They forget toppings and forget the new drizzle sauces, that come standard on their recipes. One of the pizza’s dough was RAW. It was undercooked and was still gooey. I had to throw away the entire large pizza because I didn’t want to get sick from eating raw dough. I didn’t call to complain because they were already closed for the night by the time I realized the pizza was raw.
Management is non existent. I walked in to pick up my order and I waited 6 MINUTES before anyone came out of the kitchen to acknowledge me.

No star for customer service. I would advise anyone ordering from Pizza Hut to double check for coupons or deals ONLINE because the local store will NOT inform you of the online specials!
Called in to place an order including 2 large specialty pizzas, got charged $ 16 each. Went online and saw it for $ 11 each for specialty pizzas IF ordered online. Called the store back and they won’t even honor the price. They said Pizza Hut is now owned some by corporate and some by individual franchise?

3 times now in last month order has been wrong called tonight for order got put thru to a call center came to pick up wrong order again re made wrong order again now 45 minutes of waiting and waiting to see if it’s 3rd time lucky will not be back plenty of others to try
Well 3rd time not lucky walked out an hour wasted
