I highly recommend a family physician, it’s really lovely having a doctor who knows your whole family, and can see all of you at once, if necessary. I like this much better than having different doctors for everyone, plus an OBGYN for the oh-​so-​funnest appointment of the year. Dr. Sheshadri is a great family physician. She was our family physician for 6 years until we moved to a new home that was just too far away from her practice. She will never rush you out, will answer every question you have with patience. The only downside to this is that sometimes the wait can be long. Best to get the earliest appointment you can or get one as soon as they reopen from lunch. Sssh, don’t tell anyone I told you. She’s got a good arsenal of specialists if you need one, but she can take care of most things.
While we’ve found a very nice family practice at our new home, if she moved down to the Katy/​Fulshear area, I’d switch back to her in a heartbeat.
