The flavors in the bahn mi are so good ! The green milk tea is also super good. The owners are the sweetest and are always so happy to greet you when you come in. I was surprised that when I came in my second time(about a month and a half after the first time I was here) one of the owners remembered me and what I ordered! I came in and she said«Hello friend. You want the #1 again?» Great customer service. The food also comes with a free refillable pitcher of iced tea and some delicious cookies. Love this place !

I saw a bunch of mixed reviews but still wanted to give it a try. I’ve noticed that a lot of the negative reviews were base on the amount of meat that were made with their sandwiches. I was a little bothered by it but tried this place anyways. I ordered the special combination and a thai tea«to go». When i got home, I unwrapped the sandwich and realized that it was ONESADLOOKINGSANDWICH! There were hardly any meat or veggies in it! It sucks, because that was the reason why i was debating whether or not to eat here. =( It wasn’t worth it at all. I uploaded pictures if you wanted to take a look at my sad sandwich. I wouldn’t recommend this place, Lee sandwich is down the street and they make their sandwiches with more meat and veggies. I will not be coming back here.

Nice local joint, nothing fancy but the owner goes over the top to make you feel welcome in his little shop. Everything from some cinnamon toast or iced tea for free while you wait. Good sandwiches and Vietnamese fare. The banh mi was a little light on meat for my liking, i’d order with extra meat next time, it’s pretty inexpensive so not a big deal.

So good I had to write a review! Barely found out about this place this week and have already been here twice this week. I’m Vietnamese and this place has become my new favorite Vietnamese sandwich spot. It’s quick and affordable, and they make you feel welcomed. I love this place even more because the entrée comes with an iced tea and delicious butter cookies on the house!

A great place to have an authentic Bahn Mi sandwich. They put a unique type of meat paste that Lee sandwiches doesn’t use which makes this one 10x better. Super affordable: $ 4.50. Great portion size Free tea. Great friendly company. Gives 10% off if you are a cypress college student.

I didn’t go to sandwich house or try much of their food but I have to say they’ve for really good Vietnamese iced coffee! The bread for the banh mi when I tried my friend’s sandwich with egg was also tasty but I wanna try their sandwiches with pâté! NOTE: Buttered toasted baguette slices witch each meal, tasty but fatty!

I needed some food in my system before clocking in to fieldwork. I once saw this place with a reasonable amount of people. Digging it’s charm and reading some reviews I had to check it out. Ambiance Parking: Small plaza but not a packed plaza. I came here on a Monday afternoon and found parking with ease. Seating: * A very intimate place but you do have the choice to sit inside our out as seats generally can fit about four people. Feels: * A very intimate family friendly convenient shop. I was impressed how they were able to fit and almost supply everything: packaged desserts, snacks, fruits, sandwiches, and phở. Though this place was for everyone, I felt like it was older people friendly: old school alternative rock with the music not being excessively blasted. Food: House Special(Recommend) This sandwich was about right for me, nothing special or excessive. The bread was fresh and the serving itself was simple. With the free tea and biscuits, I was quite filled and was able to save the second half of this sandwich for dinner. Vietnamese Iced Coffee(Recommend) For those that had less than 5 hrs of sleep or you’re hitting that afternoon slump, this will kick start you up right. Complimentary Iced Tea and & Sugar Biscuits Iced tea should serve about 3.5 cups and I received two delicious biscuits Customer Service: Vu was awesome. He was polite and honest on the timeliness of my order. As I was observing, he built a lot of relations with a lot of customers. That’s whats up! Overall: 5 stars. Delicious sandwich, excellent customer service, good music, and reasonable price. This place is nothing out of this world but for those in need of a quick bite and positive vibes, this restaurant does extremely well executing on those things and I would highly recommend giving this place a try. Much love to Vu and the rest of the team. TL;DR Tips: * They also serve phở! * Student/Staff Discount * Free Wi-Fi

Throw me a bomb with a Bomb Banh Mi! Yeah, this place hits the spot! I’ve been here twice and the first time was the reason why I came back, lol! That’s a cool sentence…(giving myself props) Anyways, it’s a small mom n pop’s sandwich house that specializes in sandwiches. Vietnamese style comes in a french baguette while American style comes in a croissant. Either way you go, it’s going to be delicious! I usually order the Chinese Char Sui banh mi that comes in a toasted french baguette that’s got a good chew and doesn’t scratch the roof of your mouth like another reviewer said. I’m like«good point!» The combination of mayo, pork char sui, onions, cilantro, pickled carrots & daikon radish make for an excellent party in yo mouth! Bite after bite, it’s pretty bomb! I love the fact that if you dine with them, they bring you out a mini pitcher of their iced green tea which totally hits the spot! There are more items here than just the sandwiches too but I have yet to try and when I do, I’ll update my review. Cool tip: Go to Cha2O across the way and order some cajun fries for $ 4 cash and eat it with your sandwich! The super cool owners won’t trip either that you’re bringing food from another establishment to their scene. Trust me, it’s all good and then you’re really going clubbing in yo mouth! HOLLA!

This location is small and for me, hard to find, but totally worth it. I ended up ordering the house sandwich with extra pâté. The service was quick and they even gave me a free iced tea(Yay!!) The quality of the sandwich far exceeds the typical Lees sandwich location.
