Young employee working solo, stated they were closed. Posted hours are 8pm — he excuses it with«We have to close 15 minutes early because of all the prep» and refused to serve our family … Super disappointed — will stick with the location close by on Ball which generally has good service. I even called to verify if they were still open and was told«yes, ma’am, we close at 8pm tonight» Guess those employees care enough to properly complete their shift

Never too crowded despite the fact that its near a school. My visits here have been good, the employees were polite, and I came to notice that they allow you to use the restrooms even if your not making a purpose. Which is very polite compared to other places. This subway has a great location right next to an outdoor sitting area.

Worst subway I’ve ever been too! Service is horrible the cashier is terrible and he makes sandwiches very sloppy! They asked me if I wanted cookies and I said yes and then he goes oh we don’t have anymore shouldn’t you know this ahead of time??? I would never come back here! I love subway but that service was extremely bad! I hope they change those employees attitudes because this is not how you keep business going!

I don’t know why people had a problem here but my visit was great. Customer service was spot on and all the food was fresh. That’s one thing I hate about subway some places always have old bread that sucks but it was good here. People who have a hard time here are probably just rude customers because its small and quiet.

The service at this place is horrible. Employees treat very badly especially recently they have two girls in late evenings, they behave as if they do favor on customers. I would never go back there again.

I don’t think I’ve ever not had a problem at this Subway, which is disappointing because it’s within walking distance from my house. The customer service is atrocious, the little Indian lady in particular never fails to point out why the mistake is MY fault I think my favorite excuse was«oh you didn’t hand me the coupon before i rang up the transaction so now I can’t use it». WHAT?! Customers always right my ass.

I really like how the newer subways have that extra glass thing covering the meats, cheeses, and veggies. it keeps them so much fresher. i didn’t get any attitude. i thought the employees were friendly enough. i like this subway better than the one on walker and la palma :)

This location is probably the best Subway location I’ve ever been to. The sandwich artists are friendly and helpful. They never make you feel rushed or hurried, and they aren’t cheap like other ones you visit that charge you extra for everything. I got the buffalo chicken and ranch like I normally do, and it just tasted a lot better than any other I’ve had. There was one lady(a bit shorter with dark hair), who helped me, that was just really nice and friendly. For my quick sandwich needs when I am in the area, I would definitely visit this location again. This location is located behind the iHop and Jack in the Box.

This is probably my favorite subway in the area and what’s funny is that it is the furthest one from me amongst all the others. It’s just always clean and not so busy compared to the others(especially the Cerritos locations.) I generally have good customer service here and I frequent this place at least 2 – 3 times a week. OVERALL: The atmosphere is consistently inviting and this location pretty much lives up to what you expect out of a Subway

This Subway opened fairly recently, located in the Cypress Square Shopping Center. There used to be a Subway in the Chevron across the street(4992 Lincoln Ave), but it’s gone now. This location is like your typical Subway, the only difference is the workers here are not very friendly. Came here for breakfast today. I was welcomed by the aroma of cookies fresh out of the oven. I ordered a Western and wanted to substitute turkey for ham as I usually do. Well… here’s the conversation between me and the«sandwich artist.» Me: «Can I get turkey instead of ham?» Subway artist: «No. We do not substitute meat.» (really??? I’ve ordered the same sandwich at several other Subway locations and they’ve never troubled me about«meat substitution» for a breakfast sandwich.) Me: «What? How much is the difference?» Subway artist: «50c.» (Seriously?! 50c for a SLICEOFMEAT?!) Me: «Never mind then. I’ll just get ham.» He finishes making my «not-really-what-I-wanted-breakfast-sandwich»… Me: «Can I also get 2 of the fresh cookies?» Subway artist: «No. They have to sit for 20 minutes.» (This is ridiculous. I’ve been in there for over 10 minutes, the room was freezing cold… I bake regularly, so I KNOW those cookies aren’t going to burn me…) Me: Pointing at the cookie tray by the register, «Are those from yesterday?» Subway artist: «Yes.» So, they’d rather sell me stale cookies than fresh ones? Isn’t that going against motto? EATFRESH?! I haven’t even started my day and already in a bad mood. Ugh! I’m never coming back here.
