Poor customer service here. Had a 20.00 bonus bucks card and wanted a certain style of shoe. They don’t have my size so I asked them to order a pair to be sent to the store. They refused and their customer service department did as well. I can’t have things delivered to my apt. So basically they don’t feel customer service is an important part of their Job. I won’t be buying shoes from this company again. If you do you better hope you don’t need help.
