The car in front of me in the drive-thru ordered some food and then drove off. It took almost 10 minutes and a brain-trust of 5 employees to get me the correct food and a trip inside to correct the fact that I was overcharged by almost $ 10.

In a pinch, we made the mistake of coming here again, after some bad experiences in the past, and they did recently re-model this location. Well, awful is an understatement. Its a shame, as they recently spent quite a bit of money redoing this location, and it had so much potential. The food was cold and soggy, and it was disgusting inside. All tables dirty, both ketchup dispensers empty. The drive through is about the same, slow and if you manage to get your full order, exactly as you requested it, you should probably go and buy a lottery ticket on the way home. It did serve as a good reminder as to why I stopped eating fast food.

How are they in business? Wendy’s is consistently terrible and this location is no exception. Food is always a disappointment as is the service. Gave them several opportunities but enough is enough. Never again… I don’t care how delicious your Frostys are.

I’m officially over this Wendy’s it’s horrible!!! Every time I go the order is wrong!!! Every time!!! Ahhhh I’m so mad right now, please don’t waist your time here! Go to jack in the box across the street instead!
