If I could give 0 stars I would. 30 min wait dine in. According to the employee the policy is to serve the drive thru before the done in customers. Are you effing kidding me? You have 1 person in a car as opposed to a family with hangry kids in the lobby. Please believe I’ll be calling the manager ASAP. People left and demanded refunds. The only reason I stayed… well I’m pregnant and craving Taco Bell

Poor service food cold, hard and goey. Cinnamon twist has no cinnamon. Restrooms disgusting. No tables were clean and only one customer was in there at the time.

The staff at this location made our experience amazing. We had an issue with our cinnamon twists and they went way above and beyond to make it right. We usually go to this location because it is close to where we live but I will go out of my way now for them!

It’s ok– I still crave «mexican pizza» now and then and hit this place up.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell this one is low staffed so its always a big line in the drive through

So I’ve been out of the country, working in Abu Dhabi for the last 4 months. I finally got home last week and what I craved most was TACO BELL. In the UAE, they have a decent selection of American chains, not that I enjoy them all but getting American chain food overseas is just nice sometimes. However, there is NO Taco Bell and I complained about it quite often.
Anyways, I ordered 2 cheesy gordita crunches and a mexi melt. I pulled up to the window when some pasty goth chick who took my order tells me, «Sorry but the machine thing that melts the cheese isn’t working, do you want something else?» I tell her I want soft tacos and she replies, «Well we cant make that either.» I then sigh and say WTF to myself under my breath while thinking, ‘why are you open if you cant make shit???’ and she tells me to hold on, then comes back and says it works now.
Long story short, I’ve had Taco Bell twice in the last week and I’m glad I’m home. I look forward to Unilocaling more exciting places.
