This location is my hands down favorite ChickFila. I don’t know what it is, but I love the service and the quality of the food. The fries are ALWAYS fresh! Just makes me sad that i have to drive so far to get amazing spicy chicken deluxe and by the time I get home. It’s all soggy ;-;

The CFA near our house has employees outside taking orders during high traffic times. This place did not so the drive thru wait was much longer.

This location is great! Employees are efficient and friendly. Food quality is consistently yummy.
The drive thru has 2 lines, which accommodates a larger number of customers. However, I recommend just going inside and ordering to-​go instead during peak hours. It’s a lot faster that way.
Inside the restaurant, there are lots of seating options and even a play area. They used to leave all of their sauces out so you can grab whatever you want, but they recently took that away :(
This is my go-​to location for Chick-​fil-​a: convenient, quick, and satisfies my chicken cravings.

I’ve ask the manager several times to trim the tree in the drive though to no avail! Only small cars can get through the right lane without getting their roof scratched up! And their sweet tea tastes horrible! Like it’s been sitting all day or maybe even from the day before! What happened to Chick Fil A being known for their sweet tea. This location needs help!

Breakfast bagel minus egg… love it. Spicy chicken sandwich with provolone for lunch. The staff at every location are always so happy and polite– kinda like a little chicken cult but I don’t care, run in get the goodies and escape.
ONLY gripe about the food– not a fan of their fries– if you are going to do waffle fries make sure they are cooked on the extra brown side

Sadly I go to this chickfila maybe twice to 3 times a month and yet to have a pleasant experience. Mainly drive thru is where it gets complicated. I order large meal with side of pickles. Every time they seem to forget one or both! I have to remind them my order was large and I also ordered pickles. To top it off they are VERY stingy with the condiments at this chickfila in drive thru and when I have to ask for more the older women that work here seem to have attitude when I ask no problem with the younger employees. I remember they use to have the condiments out but it seems like now I even have to ask for a straw. They really need to work on getting orders right and stop with only giving one condiment in a order with 4 meals.

The first time I went to this chickfila either the computers were down or they just didn’t know how to work them yet. Today I went and ordered a kids meal 4 ct with a side salad. Get home and no chicken with the kids meal… come on! Really? You had one job. They weren’t even busy –_​-​. Preferably not going back to this chickfila again.

Best experience ever the staff was as polite as always and as expected but also had a wonderful sense of humor! Kudos to Ethan at the drive-​thru who earns a gold star for all the extra ketchup I was given! All in all never ever had a bad experience here but today’s blew it out of the water: politeness, humor, and going the extra mile for a customer this chick fil a wins!!!

I don’t normally rate fast food chains as I consider them more as a feeding trough rather than a restaurant, but this place deserves a note or two. Chic-​Fil-​A is known for their great service, good food and no Sunday policy which I admire that they stand up for what they believe in. This place is no different and may just be a cut above the rest. All of the employees are well trained and polite. The restaurant is clean and well run. The food is good and consistent. They get it right and if you are in the mood for a chicken sandwich, I’ll take them any time.

Stopped on the way out of Fairfield headed home from visiting family. Went through the drive through and it was well laid out. Two lines that merge into one after ordering. The amount of time spent in line at the peak of lunch rush was quite short. Everyone was trained well, friendly, efficient, accurate, and quick. This is one of the important reasons why Chick-​Fil-​A is doing so well in every location. Love Chick-​Fil-​A!

This Chick-​fil-​a is busy during peak times but they get you order in and out to you fast. We usually dine in and there is always someone who asks if we want refills. The staff is very friendly. They have never made a mistake with our orders. The food comes out hot and tastes great. We love their chicken sandwhiches, fries, and salads. The kids love their fruit cups. The restaurant is always clean. The only negative is that they don’t have cheaper options. It can get expensive when feeding the whole family.

This Chic-​fi-​la is always packed but luckily they have there system down because the wait is never more than 5 minutes. When I say that I don’t include the drive through because that thing looks ridiculous. This Chic-​fi-​la is one of the view that has all their sauces laid out and you can just grab as many as you want which is a plus. It has become a tradition to go eat here after going to the Outlet malls.

Consistently the best service by far I don’t know why other places can’t learn from this business. People are polite, sharp, glad to be there. Food is always perfect. Even with like 20 cars in front of you it’s still like 5 minutes only. And it’s not just this location, they’re all this good. Imagine how much money other places could make if everyone has this sort of motivation. I live in a chik-​fil-​a desert but I drive 30 minutes just for this. Keep it up!

Excellent breakfast options and extremely friendly service.
Their only fault might be their extreme popularity with families, especially on special event days. Stopping for breakfast on the day of «Photos with the Easter Bunny» was not the most conducive to a quick, quiet breakfast on my way into the north side of Houston.
