Carmelo is the man! Greeted us warmly with a big smile and«talked» us into the happy hour margarita and nachos. What a way to start a meal; the atmosphere was warm and inviting because the first person we saw was Carmelo and he made us immediately feel welcome. The new Jalapeño/Guava margarita is crazy delicious but the chips used in both of our nachos were stale… otherwise it would have been a higher review. How about trying a chip or two every few days or so to check before serving them?

Food is good, but make sure to check your order before leaving. I had to drive back for 2 missing orders. When you’re given your food in a giant bag & utilizing the drive thru you don’t have time to check it, but should.

It was a really great experience, good food and really quick service… It was a bit small, but everything was homemade and it was just really fun, and all the great food that you expect at a classic Tex-Mex restaurant.

So disappointing. They no longer go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. I ordered a cup of coffee, he said they would have to make a fresh pot. I agreed. Then comes out, telling me they had a bit left over, otherwise they’d have to make a fresh pot. Imagine that-a fresh pot for a happy customer. The last time the service was extremely slow. Other customers were going up two and three times for their to go order. Taco Cabana used to be so wonderful. One of the workers is cleaning the salsa bar as he is looking on his phone. I hope they change their ways. A saving grace, Sheffrin made sure my husband’s meal was corrected. And he was happy to make me a fresh cup of hot coffee! Thanks Sheffrin !!

I’m really surprised at all the bad reviews this location has been getting but then again when I go it’s typically in the middle of the night so maybe that’s why my experience has been different than others. As someone who often works odd hours, there aren’t many things open at 3 am. Taco Cabana is about it where I live for fast food places open that time of the night. The service I have been given is always above and beyond. Very friendly and at 3 in the morning, that’s impressive. There is one particular guy who is always there, wished I knew what his name was to comment on him specifically but he’s absolutely the best. He truly gets what service with a smile means. I learned early on though to be very specific when ordering and requesting sauces. I have to ask for 4 hot sauces and 1 pico. If I say«alot» I might get two, if I’m lucky. But when I request a specific number(1 per item I order), I get what I ask for.

This location has been going downhill for months now, finally hitting rock bottom. Kitchen is a disaster, beyond lousy management… Waited 30 min for a burrito(which never arrived after numerous times reminding them). Finally gave up and left… The problem is obvious as I come here a lot. The manager has no interest in running this location as he has been here for years… If any district management is reading this, GETRIDOFHIM!

Another awful Taco Cabana location. I went in with my Mom after shopping at the Outlets, cause it was pretty much the only thing open at 9pm during the week. First of all, we couldn’t even tell if they were open, not a single customer inside. The cashier assured us they were open and I ordered 2 street taco plates($ 15). After a 10 minute wait or so, we notice some food just sitting on the counter. There were no employees in sight, it was honestly so weird! My mom went up to the counter and asked is this our food?(because another customer came in shortly after us) and no one was even there to answer her. During this time another employee appeared with headphones and literally ignored my mom. Keep in mind we are 1 of 2 customers in the entire establishment. So we finally eat our cold food they just left sitting there and the portion was seriously tiny, like 3 – 4 tiny bites of meat in each taco – 2 bite tacos. No where near worth $ 15! After all that fun, we had the joy of listening to an employee slap his mop right near us while we ate. Very appetizing.

I’ve been here a few times over the years and typically get nearly average food and service. But I just stopped in to get a quick bite to eat. No one was in line. I waited 4 minutes, and no one came to the register to take my order. Finally another worker noticed me, did not acknowledge me, but called out to someone to let him know a customer was waiting. 2 minutes later still no one came to the register. I ended up leaving and walking across to the Chic-Fil-A, where I was served immediately. There is a reason this Taco Cabana’s parking lot is always empty. I will say I have enjoyed their breakfast tacos in the past. But now I say go elsewhere.

Well first of all I have never ever had a problem with this taco cabana until today. When I got my personal size steak fajita nachos they was 5 small pieces of fajita on them! Not happy. Then I was looking forward to my soapapillas and they had no cinnamon or sugar on them at all! Super duper anger with this taco cabana not sure if I’m willing to come back!

this place was filthy. the trash cans were overflowing, the salsa bar was depleted and dirty, the sticker on the tea dispenser was leaking tea over the counter. the staff only made a half ass attempt at cleaning the dinning room. this is the third time I’ve been at this location with it filthy and it will be my last. can’t trust the food. if the front is filthy you got to wonder if the food is prepared and stored properly. yuck! shame on you manager!

This taco cabana should just be shut down!!! The place is dirty they use the same wash cloth to clean for days, the counter they prepare your food on doesn’t get quite clean and you can see black slime. The reason the chips are always stale you guest it they make them every other day also the taco shells can be weeks old. Everything is packaged even the lettuce they just refill the lettuce on top of the old just to make it look like there serving fresh but really at the bottom of the tub is nasty slimy clear lettuce to put in your taco. The ground beef, shredded chicken, flauta meet is all frozen they thaw it out and put it in the warmer to be served(not very fresh) They do make the beans fresh but that doesnt mean you get them that way sometimes the borracho beans will be sitting in the warmer for days giving off a sour smell but they will still attempt to serve it. DONOT order chicken or beef fajitas in the morning because they are from the night before and usually dried out or very salty. The salsa that they claim is fresh maybe for the dine in customers but not for the drive through people. Also, the margaritas are made with the cheapest tequila ever and way over priced.

It’s Taco Cabana and you get exactly what you expect. The breakfast taco’s are delicious and cheap. The various tex-mex dishes are all pretty good. There is nothing«fancy» about this place. It’s fast food mexican fare but with flour tortilla’s made on site. The fajitas are good for the price. Even their super nacho’s are pretty good in a «taco cabana» way. It’s great stuff your face food. Don’t think fancy and just enjoy it for what it is.

I love TC, but don’t come to this location. The service is really poor, we waited for over 30 minutes for food, along with about 15 others. Order accuracy is non existent, and food quality isn’t up to par… the trash cans were overflowing and the drink station was a mess. mJust avoid. Oh, and the cook was eating steak fajita from the grill.

For the price of the drinks and the food it will get you where you are going cheep. Now this location, very dirty, the people that worked there were not rude but they are not friendly either. I will not be going back to this one.

Slow and dirty. It took forever to get our breakfast tacos. While we waited, we sat in the dining room, which was littered with trays, napkins, and left over plates on the empty tables. The drink area was wet, too. Yes, it was busy, but the fact that it was so slow and dirty means they need to hire more help.

Happy hour everyday from 4 – 7 on nachos, margaritas, and beer! Purchased the personal size chicken fajita nachos for less than $ 3! Delicious! Also had an opportunity to taste the sopapillas. They’re ok. Wouldn’t buy them though. Place is clean(bathrooms too) and plenty of parking. Get there by 630 for happy hour or you will be in a line!
