Obviously its a hit or miss customer service location. There are days where I come in and, «Bam!» In and out quicker than a hen in a chicken coop. Then there are days, like today, where I’m stuck in tar and customer service is stuck in cement. With a visable 6 customer service reps how can less than 5 people going through checkout and myself have to wait nearly 20+ minutes for help and assistance? I just want to fax a 2 page document. Finally made it to the front of the line then the girls proceeds to fax my document with errors. Still waiting for confirmation from the fax machine… for 2nd time. Anyway its a hit or miss. Today is a miss and today is 2 strong stars.

Was greeted many times in the store. Clerk was very helpful and when j went to get my prints I sent they were rally fast.

Today’s praise goes to Arthur. Nice guy. Three reasons. 1) I asked if they had a military discount, and he ruefully said no, but then remarked«kind of a shame… it’s really the discount that’s most worth giving.» Well said. 2) He then helped me find exactly what I needed(a mousepad for optical mice that doesn’t warp). Took the time to go search it out himself, chuckling that if he just gave directions it might blow one’s mind, given all the aisles of tech surrounding us. 3) He told a great story at checkout. My credit card says«check id». Which he did(gotta appreciate that… so many folks don’t). And then he illustrated the point I just made in those parantheses a sentence back by telling me of a huge 300 pound military policeman who came in, bought some goods, and then presented a credit card that instead of a signature on the back had the handwritten word«STOLEN» in the signature field. The guy had put it there to see how often folks would actually check i. d… the guy said folks rarely did and often just glosed over the fact that a huge«STOLEN» was written on the back. Humans are remarkable.

Went to the store to have copies made and one copy sent via priority mail. Got the copies made, but they had some problems figuring out how to price the large envelope I needed. However, that is to be expected with a new store opening. They worked it out and got my package mailed out. Received online confirmation a few days later that it was received before the deadline(IRS package). I like how the employees treated each other and did not take out their frustrations with the envelope pricing on each other or me, the customer. Got it done and me out the door. Will be back!(friendly & professional staff!)
