2nd update. The store fixed one section of the sofa but were unable to fix the cat claw marks. They picked up and delivered the sofa for free on a convenient time table. Those are the facts. What it took to get to this point is something I never want to do again. In fact, I am not sending our love seat to get repaired because I am just tired of it all. You win Sofa Mart, you wore me down. The other facts are that not only the people at this store in Dacono but also the regional manager know(without a doubt) that the«warranty» does not cover animal damage. If you are told this please PM me and I will share my story. Sofa Mart really screwed up on this one. The location of the store was really convenient for me and I probably would have bought my new dinner table there. Instead, I drove all the way to Denver to order a new table and chairs from Room and Board. I love those people. Great table, great delivery and all made in America. Best part? No up-sale to a «warranty» and I am supporting US workers. So, goodbye forever Sofa Mart. My Chinese-made couch will probably last another 2 years(if I push it) and I will eventually buy an American-made one from my new favorite store.

Alanna Zimmerman has been helping us decorate our new home at Anthem Ranch in Broomfield, CO. She has been exceptional, and we needed exceptional since we have two homes. We have had to do a lot of our shopping from out of state. She kept us in the loop with sales and new products. We purchased two Sarah sofas, they were a new item when we bought them. They are fabulous, great fabric and comfortable. She has also helped us with the purchase of chairs and accessories. She was fabulous!

This place is awful. Delivery is terrible. Nothing can be delivered in less than a week. When your furniture is supposed to be available and delivered its not and nobody calls to tell you this. It’s all of a sudden back ordered and not available for another week. There are many other places to get better furniture that is more reasonably priced with free delivery the next day. Do not waste your time here.

Ordered a couch on June 3rd, and it was supposed to be delivered on June 16th. We were supposed to receive a call the night before confirming the time, but when we hadn’t heard we called. I was informed very rudely that they couldn’t deliver a couch they didn’t have. Three phone calls later, I finally got in touch wi th a manager and found out the associate had sold us a couch that hadn’t been confirmed for delivery to the store, and she assured us that was not how they did business and apologized and said she waived the delivery fee after I asked for it to be taken off our total for our troubles. We’ve been calling every couple days to find out the status and somehow no one knows where these couches are still. It’s now July 1st. Still no one knows, and no one will stay in contact with us so we keep having to call them. This has been the worst furniture buying experience of my life. Stay away.

Purchased our sofas at the beginning of February and didn’t receive all pieces until the end of April!!! Even though they had us pay for everything upfront, there was no consequence for them messing up our order and taking two and a half months to deliver everything. Not even an offer of a discount for the inconvenience and lack of communication. When we called to see what was going on, we got the run around — and passed around to four different sales associates/managers. Unless you want to pay full price, months in advance and experience below average customer service, I would go elsewhere.

Just purchased the Trinity couch from the über helpful sales rep Serena. She spent a lot of time helping us decipher fabrics, patterns, craftsmanship, and he even looked at our color scheme choices at home to ensure everything would compliment our design. She was very knowledgeable and took time to make sure we got what we wanted.

I purchased a sectional sofa with the extended warranty, I called my Sales rep in December to let her know my cushions are failing and they need to be replaced under the extended warranty, she said no problem. It is now late February and I still have not received my replacement cushions. I called two weeks ago and the Sales rep. said they would be in most likely the following Monday. Still two weeks later, no call, no cushions. Pretty lame for such a big local company, think twice before shelling out cash to these fat cats.
