Pier 1 has a lot of stuff, but unfortunately it is pricey and low on quality. It’s fairly trendy, which doesn’t suit my style. Mostly I don’t care for the prices and lack of quality.

It is Eccentric, Eclectic and Extraordinarily Unique. That was for Pier1 imports in general. For this location in particular, I LOVE the customer service. They are very pleasant, offer you help, and also know when not to interrupt you when you are silently passionately ogling at that exquisite wine bar, or the soft deep rug. I love the furniture here. It fits with my «throw it all together» look that I want to achieve. the best part of shopping here is that it is not very crowded! oops! i should not have Let you on to that secret!

I’ve always been a huge fan of Pier 1, not only for their unique items, but also their friendly customer service. This newer store at Highway 7 and I-25 is a welcome addition to an area that hardly had any shopping until recently. We’ve purchased a number of table-top accessories including table lamps and faux florals(w/vases), floor vases and art work and are very happy with everything we’ve purchased. The staff of youngish women are always eager to assist and are very helpful. We’ve had a number of incidents with scratched or chipped floor models(mostly with our vases) and they didn’t blink and eye when it came to taking 15% off the price. For most, that would seem appropriate, but in todays’ society, I find it’s a rarity. They are always having great sales and the place is rarely crowded, so shopping there is a real treat. I only gave 4 stars as this store is slightly smaller than others and sometimes have to visit other stores to find what I need(granted, the staff has always offered to have items brought to their store within the week)… Call it 4 ½ stars.
