Dr Elchahal has put braces on both of my kids and each time it has been an excellent experience. A smile is a wonderful thing and nobody makes beautiful smiles than Dr Elchahal. The staff is friendly and the office setup is great with a video game area for the kids and a coffee bar for the adults.

First off their service is amazing. Alec Elchahal orthodontist group are very time efficient. They were able to get me in and out quickly all the while treating me with the utmost respect. I definitely recommend this orthodontist group to anyone in need of dental care.

The equipment is state of the art! The reception staff knows the patients by sight and, as is all of the staff — very warm and friendly. I have had nothing but a positive experience and Carol (the specialist that I am blessed to have work with me) is always prepared, fast and efficient and is always mindful of any possible issues. Orthodontia has come a long way and my experience with Dr. Elchahal and staff, from the very first visit, has been professional, courteous and helpful.
For anyone needing braces I highly recommend them!

I have been really impressed with the facility and the people. I appreciate the fact that the materials in the building are made from recycled materials and appreciate the awareness the business has on our environment. My first consultation went well and I found the staff to be very courteous. Dr. Elchahal seemed very personable as well as knowledgeable about his craft. I also appreciated that he continues to stay educated about current trends in orthodontics. All this led me to go forward with treating my son. He is now a patient and i still find the staff to be very professional, they allow me to observe him being treated. We even had a situation where his braces weren’t cooperating as they were putting them on and a few hours later we had to return, they saw him right away, apologized, and corrected the issue. I appreciate the professionalism as well as the amenities at this location. My children are entertained with the video games and I can help myself to free wifi coffee or water. it really is a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this office. I will reserve a star until after treatment is completed but I am impressed :-)

The orthodontist was very rude and rushed. In fact it seems the entire staff there was the same. The secretary working the front desk was very rude. I walked in to check in and she was carrying on a phone conversation with a friend about her weekend while she glared at me as if I was inconveniencing her by standing at her desk to check in. Once she did finally get off the phone she was short and very agitated.
I have never experienced anything quite like that in my life, but I would not recommend using this office. If your spending you own hard earned money on something as important as dentistry work, find someone who at least acts like they want your business.

Wonderful staff & great office! My son just finished his second phase of braces & we couldn’t be happier! Dr. Elchalal & staff takes the time to explain exactly how my son is progressing & what each visit has entailed. Dr. Elchalal was recommended to us by a friend & we were so happy with the decision.

I have 3 in my family in braces. Dr. Elchahal is great. Several of the boys classmates also go to Dr. Elchahal. I would recommend his office to anyone. We have had great service.

I brought my daughter to Dr. Elchahal at the recommendation of her dentist. They are very professional, efficient and the Dr is so kind and patient. My daughter says, «He is nice and even though I don’t want to go to the orthodontist I’d choose Dr. Elchahal over any other.» She likes the gift bags at end of treatment. The video games in the lobby are helpful and the waiting room is comfortable. I’m very happy with the whole practice. My daughter is beginning her 2^nd treatment this month. I like the results so far.
