Good staff, really really bad food. Dry sausage that taste like it had been taken from another table, and wings that. I don’t know how you mess up wings. They have good size and maybe if I am forced back I will get them dry and bring my own sauce. This is not a very good restaurant and has none of the hallmarks of an actual Irish bar. The people are nice, but the food is some of the worst I have ever had and I have had some exceptionally bad food. This place makes me really miss Bennigans. Yes the chain and yes I am serious, it’s that bad.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere! We went on NYE and despite being busy, our waitress, Anna, was timely and attentive and we got our food/drinks/check quickly. The sausage crack dip and the fish and chips were amazing! Yum yum yum!

Went based on a neighbors recommendation. She was right on. Great bloody Mary. We were a table of 8 and everyone had something different and everyone was pleased.

A fun bar with decent live entertainment. Great staff. Food is average and food service is slow. Best food is the Reuben and fish & chips. Not great for sport viewing. Overall a nice local pub to grab a drink with average food.

Outstanding service, beer, and food at very reasonable prices. The Sausage Dip appetizer is awesome. You won’t be disappointed.

We were excited for shepherds pie, but the shepherds pie on the menu has ground beef instead of lamb, so it should be cottage pie. We were hoping for authentic Irish cuisine but were disappointed.

We visited this place on a lazy Sunday around 1 p.m. and it was pleasantly full. It’s a dark pub atmosphere with a bustling and attentive wait staff. The two of us split the cheesesteak sandwich and without asking, they courteously cut it in half and served on two separate plates. Flavor-wise it was decent, but not out of the park. We sat near the serving window and I have to admit that just about everything looked incredible. The atmosphere was great and we would definitely plan on visiting again next time we’re in the Dahlonega area.

Food was delicious and piping hot. The ambiance was great. Sat on the screened in patio and enjoyed a nice breeze. Our server, Sara, was fantastic and kept our drinks filled. Would highly recommend the Dublin Stew it was delicious.

Overall their service led to the the 2star review. We arrived w 4 people and a puppy on a leash. Our waitress was basically non-existent the entire night. I can understand if they are busy, but on this Sunday night the restaurant was not packed by any means. Everything we asked for took a very long time, and we had to tell her we wanted to order dinner(she acted like we were ready for our check). There were many mistakes. Although the«crack dip» was tasty, we didn’t get small plates so it was very hard to share. I ordered a Guinness Blonde but switched to a draft Jekyll, and they still brought me the wrong beer and charged me for the wrong beers. This is because the waitresses help each other and aren’t tracking the orders. My friends dining w me ordered chicken patties as a side for their puppy, but they were brought a whole meal. We finally got our checks after waiting a very long time, and the checks were a big mess so it took forever. My ahi tuna salad was very bland with very little dressing or flavor. The fish and chips was ok but a bit overcooked. The firehouse burger was spicy enough for the ladies, but the men could not handle it saying it was terrible because the mix of horseradish and sriracha was too much. Overall the deck is beautiful and a great spot, but the awful service and bland food led to a poor rating from me.

Very busy and damn fun place. Staff was engaging and pleasant even though we were only there for drinks before dinner elsewhere. I look forward to getting back and tasting the food.

In response to Betty, about the«sick» bartender. Just an FYI, she has cystic fibrosis, which is not contagious, but yet a terminal disease. They do cough, a lot, when they can’t breathe. And she takes the necessary steps, to make sure everyone is taken care of, including herself.

Been here twice; once before the fire, and again just the other night. Glad to see the fire didn’t put them down. The shepherds pie is amazing and they have an excellent selection of beers and ciders. Will be back again.

I love Irish Pubs, and this one did not disappoint. We sat at the downstairs bar which had dollar bills everywhere and a very friendly bartender named Whitney. She poured me a great Snakebite and we looked at the menu but were not hungry just yet. Chill atmosphere and good service. Nice stop while in Dahlonega, the food looked good with good prices! Slante!

Great place! Went there with our two small dogs. We were set on the patio. There were other people with their dogs. The staff were very friendly. We both ordered Guinness burgers. My husband ordered medium rare and I ordered medium. Both came out on the well side. They were pretty good and juicy, though. We saw somebody order a cupcake and decided to do the same. It was absolutely amazing! I love cupcakes and that one was unbelievable! They are made on sight. So fresh. Fudge filling and delicious frosting.

I can’t say much about this place in details because I was phenomenally smashed after wine tasting and drinking all day. I will say that the waitress was very nice and patient after we ordered about fifteen beers and five appetizers in the course of two hours. All this was $ 100 which I think is incredibly reasonable. Not the classiest of joints, so honesty is key but everyone was nice and I would definitely return. Cheers!!!

Great Irish pub with great food. Atmosphere: nice pub downstairs with low comfortable stools. Sunlit dining room upstairs, enclosed and open porch downstairs. Drinks: great selection of imported, craft, and domestic. I drank Irish Magner cider for $ 4.50. Food: excellent. Nice twist on pub grub. My wife had a grouper rueben, my FIL had mussel linguine with mussels in the shell, I had a Guinness burger with mushrooms. Their fries are great but their hand cut chips are the way to go. Service: unbeatable friendly college girls. Best place in town. Note: I’ve returned several times for their Grueben(grouper Reuben). It is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had!

We stopped in for dinner hoping to sit at the bar. It was all ready full at 6 pm. We take that as a good sign. We then were seated upstairs in the big dining room. It was great, we had super service and our food was just what we went for. My husbands wine was a little off but aside from that matter of personal taste, we had a very nice evening. It’s our second visit since the place reopened after the fire and we keep it in mind as a good place for relaxing.
