Pizza Hut

I thought open until 12 meant open and taking orders until 12. I use to work for a pizza industry and when we said we were open we were open until the last minute. I’ve had numerous occasions with this place. The customer service is usually bad but when it’s the only pizza hut that delivers to you you learn to get use to it. I ordered for carry out once. When I went to pick it up my entire order wasn’t even made because they ran out of the crust I wanted and decided to wait until I got there instead of calling me. I decided I was going to just wait until this boy handling my payment tried over charging me. Instead of trying to understand what I was saying he wanted to argue so I asked for a manager. The back is not closed off so when he went to get a manager I could hear what they were saying. The manager asked why I requested him and the boy told him he didn’t know why and that I was just being a bitch. That’s right folks. I heard it loud and clear. He proceeded to call me a bitch so when the manager came back to the front I just demanded my money back and left.

Had 2 Lg Pizzas delivered to family while i was at work, it was delivered burnt. After i got off work and saw a picture, I called and spoke with the Manager. She stated that I should have called sooner and only offered a $ 10 store credit. I was satified with her lack of understanding so I contacted the HQ and the matter was handled appropriately.

This place have no concept of timmings, I ordered carry out and was told Pizza will be ready in 25−30min, but it took over 1 hr and 10 mins. I ordered 3 large and and 1 personal pan, after all this time they completely forgot to make my personal pan, they offered to give me credit for personal pan but I refused. Never coming back and quality of food not worth the wait either. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Pixza hut you lost a customer today. September26th @6:08pm

I haven’t had PH in awhile and like the breadsticks, but I was very unhappy with our pizza. We ordered 2 lg: 1 pan cheese, 1 pan pepperoni and black olives. Both were burnt and short on cheese-​I guess I should have clicked extra cheese after all. I don’t think I’ll order from here or PH for some time again. Delivery driver was very nice though and it was delivered around the promised time.

The reason why I give 2 stars is mainly for the breadsticks, the marinara sauce, and the lack of cleanliness in the restaurant. My friends & I dined in yesterday after not being able to bowl. There was still food wedged between our table, as well as food on the floor. The dishes and silverware weren’t properly washed enough so you could see food residue and actual food on it. My friend and I found 2 other plates that were better than what we’d had at first.
We ordered a large pizza with an order of breadsticks. The breadsticks weren’t the hottest and the marinara sauce was only a little warm. The pizza was just fine except the toppings for the meat lover kept coming off when you grabbed the pizza. Our server was pretty nice and he split the check 3 ways.
In the past, I think it was much better as far as dining in.

The pickup window is a great option if you’re out and about in the rain. Just place your order online or over the phone and you can drive around to the little window instead of going in.
I find the pizza is your typical PH fare – I’ve never had any issues with orders and it is consistently good for what it is.

I love this pizza hut! it is my favorite out of all the one’s around the area! They always make my pizza quickly and they are very nice. I will definately continue to go to this pizza hut!

I did order 2 pizzas from this place about 2 – 3 weeks ago and all I can say is that I will never buy pizza hut any more that was the worse pizza that I ever had not even my 3 years old son like, it taste like cardboard whit cheese on top of it, real bad experience and is not the first time so I just go somewhere else, believe me anything is better than pizza from this place

We have been loyal customers at this PH for 2 yrs. (take out/​delivery Pizza Hut) They used to have great pizza, always plenty of cheese, good wings with blue cheese included. As of the last 3 months it has changed. We now always have to order extra cheese and even then have received pizza 3 times with 2 – 4 pieces with no cheese on them. Apparently they have an issue with cheese sliding off one side.
Their newest XL, rectangular pizza only has any significant cheese on the middle pieces. All the outside pieces have 1 or 2 bites with cheese and the rest is all crust. The inside pieces are good, but I don’t want to pay for the whole thing to get a huge thing of crust.
They no longer include dressing with your wings, don’t tell you this either. You have to pay extra for it. Used to be standard with buffalo wings.
They also advertise specials on the website that no longer exist. Last time we ordered the pepsi 2 L as it said you get a free Pepsi Max. Even got an email confirmation with it in it. When I received my order at home there was no pepsi max, no dressing with my wings, and the pizza was half bald. LOL It was pretty crappy.
When I called (this is the 3^rd time I have called– I know should have given up a while ago) I was told «we no longer offer that special, I don’t know why it’s still on the website. And you have to pay extra for ranch with your wings, do you want us to come back out with some?» No offer to remake the crappy pizza.
I emailed about my experience, (2^nd time doing so) No response, AGAIN! No remedy or communication ever. I am polite when I call or talk to them when I pick up too. I’m not all rude like some people. I just want quality food for my money. It’s frustrating. I am very disappointed as we used to love PH pizza and at this location in particular.
It used to be if they messed up a pizza they’d remake it or at least give you a discount on your next order. Now they just try to get you off the phone and ignore you. We spend average of $ 30. every time we order and the last 4 or 5 times we have had similar experiences. I gave it a few more tries hoping whatever was going on was a phase that would be ironed out. I guess they simply don’t care anymore.
Maybe they have so much business they don’t need repeat customers. Must be nice with so many other businesses failing these days. In a recession you’d think customer service would be a little more a priority.
Well, I am taking my business elsewhere since they don’t need it. I have wasted enough money on subpar food. If there is a PH in Woodbridge that is good, please share. I have always loved PH, but this one is not good. (anymore) PH– whatever you were doing before you need to go back to it, or maybe rehire whoever was in charge 3 – 4 months ago.
