Just moved here and heard great things about this particular Carrabbas. Luke was our server, and his customer service was spectacular! We tried the new combination meal… and it did NOT disappoint. All around a great experience, and we will DEFINITELY be back again! And we will be asking for Luke!

I had the Chianti chicken and Debbie had the Tuscan chicken. We both had the chicken soup. It was all delicious !

Underwhelming in every facet. My wife is lactose intolerant and we asked if a dish had dairy. They said no when we ordered yet it had dairy so she had to reorder. I had a chicken dish, the chicken was cooked nicely but a very small portion. The asparagus I ordered were overcooked. The salad was tasteless and tiny. My wife was never offered a refill on her drink and we were never offered coffee. For all that the prices were too high.

The food was excellent, had some very good Italian food after a long time, if the service was good I would have given this place 5 stars. We had an extremely rude server Amanda D. when we came in it was our first time, we were showing her on the menu what we wanted to order and each time with a rude tone she said” I don’t have my glasses on I can’t read that” — what kind of excuse is that? We told her we are vegetarian, we ordered the tomato mozerella appetizer and a lettuce wraps along with wine, as well as our main entrees. She brought out the mozerella appetizer, then I had to get her attention and remind her about the wine which she clearly forgot about. She brought out one soup and salad, then we had to remind her again about the other order of soup we had. Soon after she brought it, another girl came with soup again-not sure what miscommunication happened there. Then we still hadn’t gotten our lettuce wraps so we asked her the status of them, and shes like” oh you ordered lettuce wraps? Actually you guys can’t eat that because it has chicken in it”. Not sure if she wasn’t payong attention or what you should tell your customers before they place an order not trying to act as if you didn’t know about it after. Overall a very bad experience with this server I have worked in the service industry I understand that bad days happen but thats no excuse to be so rude to your customers and really not take care of them, we had to ask about almost every dish. Food was good service was bad.

Service was average. Server was courteous. Food was delivered quickly. There were a few mistakes because the server was new, but they were corrected quickly and appropriately. Three stars due to cost. The prices were higher than the food quality for what we ordered. I felt that I could have gotten more food for the same price from Olive Garden. Just my opinion. I do plan on returning to this chain and will try some of the other foods and will provide and updated review based off my experience. As for this establishment, there was a Friday night line at the door showing they are a popular place in town.

My visit to Carrabba’s really was a joke. The manager helped so salvage when could be salvaged of the visit. My waiter, Luke, started out well. He didn’t give me any of that crap about«How are WE doing, etc.» But then he started going downhill. I ordered unsweetened tea and since Carrabba’s NEVER has any sweetener on the table I asked the waiter to bring sweetener for my tea. I also told the waiter that for the bread they bring out I wanted butter, not seasoned olive oil. So of course he brings out the bread with olive oil and no butter and no sweetener. I have to sit there and stare at my tea and wait for the waiter to return. And of course the bread is now getting cold but no butter. But the waiter does well in other areas. My wife ordered the Fettuccine Weeze and I order spaghetti and meatballs. Both orders come with a salad. My wife orders the house salad and I order the Caesar salad. After a very long wait a server, not the waiter, shows up with the Fettuccine and spaghetti. We tell the server that we have never gotten our salads and we would like the salads first. So the server says«We’ll keep your dishes warm» and I told him that we wanted them remade AFTER we ate our salads. At that point the manager showed up and said they somehow lost the ticket so she needs to know what kind of salad we ordered?! I told her and she said she would have our meals recooked. So after a further long wait our salads showed up, well really not that long a wait. We ate our salads and then our waiter showed up with with our entrees. My wife order was OK but mine was not spaghetti and meatballs as I requested but spaghetti and meat sauce. What a zoo. Just about the time my waiter finally returned with the correct order the manager said«Well I see you finally got your entrée.» She didn’t realize they had screwed up once again. But I didn’t really blame the problems on the waiter and thought he was doing the best he could. I finished my ice tea and the waiter, without me asking, brought me out another tea. I said I was out of limes for the tea and asked for some more. The waiter said it would take a little time and I said that is OK. Fifteen minutes later the waiter comes to the table and said«We’re really busy and I can’t get you any limes.» The when we tell him we are too full for dessert he slams the bill on the table and says«Your bill has already been reduced $ 20 by the manager.» I thought that was uncalled for. He then stalked off. I picked up the bill and it was about $ 88.00. I thought $ 88.00 for spaghetti and Fettuccine?! Turned out the waiter gave me someone else’s bill. At that point I got up and went to see the manager who comped the bill. The waiter showed up and lingered around and said to the manager«I guess I gave him the wrong bill». I told the manager that up until the last of the meal I thought I had gotten good service out of the waiter and was surprised at his sudden change in attitude and asked the manager how much tip I should give the waiter. I ended up giving him $ 4.50. He WOULD have gotten about $ 7.50 or $ 8.00 out of me otherwise. I don’t know how long we were in there but many customers came and went while we were there.

It has been 4 years since I stepped into a Carrabbas because the one I used to frequent in Centreville was going downhill when I lived there. I am so not disappointed that I gave this location a shot. The minestrone was unexpected but piping hot and delicious. I’m used to a tomato based minestrone soup and this was not. I got the shrimp and scallops with vodka sauce and gluten free pasta. Oh. My. Gosh. The shrimp and scallops were absolutely cooked to perfection. The sauce was flavorful and zippy and the pasta shape held tons of the sauce. I was seriously making audible noises as I ate my meal it was so darn good. My one regret? My leftovers were left on the table and I didn’t notice til I got home :-(the server even put it in the box for me. I seriously considered going back for it but figured by then it had been thrown out. Bummer. What gave this 5 stars was a combination of my amazing dinner and the service. It was quick, polite, and not overbearing. If a drink was empty, it was refilled(usually before being empty) immediately. I cannot wait to go back to this location. And this time I won’t forget those leftovers lol.

I like this Carrabba’s, it has great food, and our service was excellent! We were seated right away at 7:30 pm, and our food came quickly. My waiter, Julian, was excellent and knew plenty about the menu. Great place.

I’m giving this location 2 stars because they had a table which we sat at, and they did bring us food. However, the service was horrific and he food was okay at best. To make a bad experience even worse, a manager and the operating partner decided to change a lightbulb at the table beside us during our meal. Fortunately the insane light flashing directly in our face as they moved the bulb all over didn’t induce any seizures. The one salad that arrived at our table was mostly browned lettuce. When my shrimp arrived undercooked, the server took the skewer of shrimp and had planned to walk through the restaurant, back to the kitchen, with my shrimp in hand. My friend, handed him a plate from our table, and he looked completely annoyed. Although, he looked pretty annoyed our entire visit. If you are looking for a good dining experience, I would recommend dining elsewhere. As a Carrabbas frequent dinner(in another city), I was embarrassed to treat my friends at lunch here. I will never eat at this location again. I’d rather eat at Olive Garden, and that is just sad.

When visiting a restaurant the food can the best or worst you e ever tasted but the people are what draws customers back and it is my pleasure to pass on praises to our waiter Julian, he is the epitome of first class service! We enjoyed his genuine friendliness and vast knowledge of the menu. His recommendations were spot on and we will return over and over again but only as long as we can sit in Julian’s section deal? Deal!!! Thanks for honoring my husband and I on Veterans Day #HOOOAH

Waitress was really good and did meet all expectations. The food portion is ok, i with a 4yrs old, so i was not sitting at the bar. But in the happy hour for the appetizers apply only to the bar. No military discount, they offer it just in labor day.

I have always been a big fan of Carrabba’s. I have been coming to them for years, and they continue to not disappoint. The fresh baked bread is served hot out of the oven with olive oil and seasoning. The featured soup… sausage and lintel is fabulous. Always makes me laugh when they call it the«feature» or «soup of the day»…it is always that… at least every time i have been there. I had the veal parmesan. It is not on the menu, but all you have to do is ask for it. It is $ 20.99, which is only $ 2.50 more than the chicken parm. If you are looking for some good Italian with a large, diverse menu, and you don’t mind a chain, I recommend giving Carrabba’s a try.

Great food and great service! I’ve been there twice so far and the service is seriously the best, they train their employees well! We’ve tried different entrees and appetizers and haven’t been disappointed! Also their brownie dessert is to die for! A must go if you’re in the area!

After about a 4 year hiatus, I visited this one with 3 other family members, May 14 First of all the warm bread served was delicious along with the butter… As an appetizer I had mussels in white wine… The amount of mussels was adequate and very tasty… The wine sauce was a nice compliment but could have been a little stronger in taste. One companion had calamari as an appetizer. I tasted one and found it very delicious… As an entrée I had Shrimp&Scallop Spiedino which was in a delicious sauce. Both the shrimp and scallops were cooked to perfection. The scallops had a perfect crust on them along with the seasoning… a reminder of why I stopped trying to cook them many years ago… I did not have dessert but one party member ordered the Tiramisu… I have never had it before and did enjoy its’ lightness and flavor and would not hesitate to order it in the future. My only gripe is my order could have come with a few more shrimp/scallops, even one of each would have been satisfactory for me… Luckily, their taste over shadowed this…

Went there specifically for the Surf and Turf special which was the most amazingly cooked, melt in your mouth steak and lobster ravioli. OM Gosh it was so amazing! And the server Jeni told us that you can add a side of the lobster ravioli for only 3.99 $ for future ref! So cool! I had no clue! We got the sampler for an appetizer and it was just enough for the two of us. The berry sangria is amazing and for happy hour, you get a caraf for half price. She kept my friends tea full at all times and was dry personable, friend, and, best of all, VERY knowledgable about her restaurant’s food. So this might be my new favorite dish; usually I get the spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs, which is AMAZEBALLS, but, I find it has been harder and harder to find a good steak in this area so this might be my new steak hot spot.

We no longer live in the area and it’s probably been 15 years since we’ve been to Carrabba’s, but we will return to a closer location. The food was incredible! The server knew the menu and our tea glasses weren’t dry before she had another one on the table. Loved everything about our meal — such a great meal. Good thing we don’t live close or we’d go broke.

GREATFORDIETERS: If you want to pay the same and eat less and less(consistently) then Carrabas is the place to go. Seriously Carrabas, I’m a 10 year customer and I come here to dine less and less because your«shrinking» policy has become so annoying. Too obvious and too annoying. I don’t mind paying more and receiving more(it is called inflation), however I do mind paying the same and receiving less. No wonder the restaurant is loosing so many customers. Coupons and discounts(they never existed before) are still not enough incentive.

Service mehh, not very friendly, food ok. add service and food together you have a mediocre chain restaurant. I remember the the complimentary bread being a lot better tasting but we didn’t go there for the bread. I had the pasta weezie it was ok the mushroom in the pasta was a bit sour like it was canned mushrooms. The shrimp was cooked to perfection the sauce was extremely thick and oily. It was ok nothing I’d order again or ever crave. My husband had the mahi wulfe although it was cooked perfectly the seasoning was off it was also a bit sour, my husband did say the side broccoli was really good. Calamari was salty, I asked for some Cesar dressing for dip, the server said ok and never came back. 3 stars is fitting for this place.

Carrabba’s is our favorite chain italian restaurant. I used to go to the one in Germantown, MD a lot when I lived that way. We have been to a few other locations over the years, so we are fans. However, as some others have pointed out, portion size has decreased drastically over the years! Now I’m all for eating healthy and portion control, but with the prices going up and portions down, you can’t help but feel like you are not getting the value you used to. Back to this location. Service was uneven, with our primary waitress being a bit slow, but a backup waitress very fast and efficient. The complimentary bread was warm and delicious as usual. Chicken Marsala and veal parm both on point. I thought the milestrone soup was loaded with potato and had very very little actual soup. I actually thought about sending it back but decided not worth the hassle. Overall, ok service, good reliable chain italian food, small portion. So a solid three star.

While at Carrabba’s I felt like I was at the theater or McDonalds, «would you like to supersize that for 50cents more»? I was beginning to think the waitress was making a commission on selling food. I placed my order, their awesome chicken soup and italian salad. She wanted to know if i knew i could have those things added if I purchased an entrée’. Maybe I was in a mood, but if I wanted an entrée’ I would have ordered one. She pushed the appetizers real hard as well. Their bread is enough of an appetizer for me, and we enjoyed it. I hadn’t been there in awhile and the upgrades to the restaurant were a nice touch, we didn’t have to wait for seating either like we have had to in the passed. I enjoyed the time with my son there. He told me i was too picky, I’m paying, I should be picky :)

The food was about 2 ½ stars but the wait staff was very friendly. My server was very attentive and we were seated fast being that it was a busy Tuesday night I’m gonna start it off with I couldn’t believe that they were out of Tiramisu! So that meant no dessert for me and I was kinda sad bc I really wanted it. The bread and oil they start you off with is very good so please don’t eat too many slices or you won’t have room for your food! The shrimp appetizer and Italian salad were enjoyable. The crab cakes were meaty and tasted very good. Now my main course on the other hand is were is went downhill. Now before I get nasty replies saying don’t eat steak at an Italian Restaurant, I always get the steak marsala since trying the manicotti and not enjoying it. The quality of the steak and marsala sauce are always enjoyable but my complaint comes from the lobster tail. I couldn’t believe how small it was and to top it off it was VERY dry and kinda tasted rubbery. I only ate 1 bite and said yuck, being that it was probably only 3 bites anyway lol as you can see it was soo small I really didn’t miss out on much meat. The garlic potatoes and greens were good as well. I would suggest that if you want Lobster don’t get it here as the price, taste, and size are not worth the money. However the other aspects of my meal were ok.
