Have been to Sweet Frog many times. My kids love it and so do I. Paying by weight works well since small kids want a lot of toppings, and whipped cream, but cannot eat a ton. I feel we get our moneys worth every trip! The staff is very nice and polite as well.

We find the sweet frog to be a nice reward stop for when our children are being extra good. The kids just love going through the line and picking out what toppings and flavors they like on their frozen yogurt. Although the price can be steep if you get heavy items, we feel that this provides a good value for a sweet treat. And the corporate values can’t be beat!

Dahlgren is a pretty small area so when we got stationed here, i was pretty surprised to see a Sweet Frog here. The staff is always nice. Never hesitating to give samples. Establishment is always clean. This is the DIY yogurt bar where you pump your own yogurt and put your own toppings. Price is based on weight, so don’t get too carried away or else you will walk out with a $ 15 yogurt cup lol. They usually have about 10 flavors. No taro flavor at this location as the demand for it is not high :(they have a solid number of toppings including mochi and popping boba, as well as the regular fruits and candy. 3 stars for having yummy goods and another star because They also give a military discount.

I’ve been to a lot of frozen yogurt places throughout the country and I think this one is pretty good. The interior is clean, neat and appealing. It has pretty standard tables and chairs for a fro-yo establishment and they are comfortable. The atmosphere is casual and quiet, no blaring music. They provide sample cups but you have to ask for them(not necessarily bad, but it is when no one is around) They have different sized cups which is good. They have about 12 flavors which is pretty good and they seem to change them regularly. The toppings selection is quite impressive and all of it looks very fresh. These are my complaints and I think they are kind of minor: 1) the yogurt is a little liquidy, like it needs to be colder but very minor because the flavors are quite good and there is not a bad after taste. 2) they seem to ever only have one person working and that person is usually way in the back of the back room.(Hence why it’s hard to ask for sample cups). All in all, I recommend this place for anyone looking for fro-yo

We’re visiting the area and we were excited when we saw that there was a fro-yo shop as we are avid fro-yo addicts. To me, these types of yogurt places are rated on 3 primary things: texture of the yogurt, available flavors, and types of toppings. Texture — some yogurt shops perfect the creamy, and some have yogurt so cold it tastes almost icy. Sweet Frog does well here — their yogurt is creamy but not so much so that it is runny. It isn’t the best I’ve ever had(I reserve that for my all-time favorite yogurt place Cherry On Top), but it was pretty good. So much so that I’ll definitely go back for more! Flavors — this place has a lot of flavor options and does well to place them next to complimentary flavors so that you can swirl them and get a good mixture. Tonight I had a combo of cheesecake and cherry — very delicious! I’ve also previously tried the cake batter and chocolate which is also quite tasty. Toppings — loads of topics to choose from! All the standard ones you see at other places, and then even more! They also had HOTFUDGE and Nutella, neither of which I’ve seen before and was really excited about. All in all I think Sweet Frog has a pretty good thing going. My husband and I each got a small cup(with toppings) and together it was just over $ 5. They also have a punch card, so after so many yogurts you get a free one. Though the card doesn’t say how many punches it takes to get a free one, so that’s a bit odd. Summary: if you’re looking for a creamy sweet tooth fix, Sweet Frog will likely not disappoint.

After much hoopla and anticipation the King George Va Sweet Frog finally opened and my daughter and I could not wait to try it out! We had never been to one before, but we both LOVE frozen yogurt and we were excited to go. Now the bad news. Honestly, I prefer the $ 1.25 ice cream cone from McDonalds! I found the seating cramped and the cheap plastic tables and chairs a little on the tacky side for what is supposed to be a premium yogurt shop. The yogurt itself wasn’t nearly as great as it was made out to be. I found the flavors to be light and too soft. Almost none existent… now for the cost… my daughter and I both got the small cups, she got the vanilla with a few different candy toppings. I had gotten the strawberry with a few fruits…$ 10.42!!! Are you kidding me!!! I almost died. It was in no way shape or form worth almost $ 11 bucks. They should take some of that over inflated cost and invest in some decent tables and chairs… The one good thing I will note is that the topping bar was very nice. Everything was clean, neat and looked very fresh, especially the fruit which I did enjoy. But sorry Sweet Frog… This mom was not impressed with the yogurt, décor and especially the cost and sadly I will not go again
