My A/C stopped cooling on Labor Day while it was 98 degrees. The first A/C repair service my home warranty company chose for me was a no-call no-show. Around noon they contacted American Building Services and Jake called me within a half-hour. Les was at my house by 2:45 and had cool air blowing within the hour. They use a paperless system that emailed me the invoice, and Les even washed the outside unit for me. He’s a friendly, efficient guy who took the time to explain everything to me. Highly recommend this company.
