When my husband and I first admired the phenomenal view of downtown Dallas from the 22nd floor, we were convinced that 1400 hi line was the place for us. When the year expired and it was time to renew the lease, we had many misgivings. Chief among those is the delightful sound of the bass from the next door neighbor. If yelling and thumping are not your cup of tea at 1:00 a.m. and if mutual respect among neighbors IS something that you are looking for, this is NOT the place for you — nor us. One would think that money would buy you peace, but not at 1400 hi line.

this place was nice when I first moved in a year ago. 7 months ago they showed intentions to sell the building the problem was the building was not filled up with tenants so they lets all the trash move in drug dealers, pimps, prostitutes, gang banger basically anyone who had the cash to pay rent. Vehicles were being broken into frequently, maintenance went straight down the hill and the building went to trash.

I actually love living here. I have a 1 bedroom, I’ve never heard my neighbors and the staff has been super nice. Ameneties are nice. No complaints. Yes there are dogs here, but I am lucky and have not heard any at my home. The apartment is built very well. AND OMG I just read the last review about the DOG DNA program about poop and I think it is FRIKIN FANTASTIC!!! Leave your dog crap in your own apt ;)

First Clads apartment. The views of downtown Dallas are spectacular and the pool is incredible with great music playing 24⁄7. I would move here in a heartbeat, however I think you have to be a model.

Nice place on the surface. If you are on the freeway side of the building forget sleeping at night without hearing a lot of traffic. If you like pet pee and crap on the elevator and hallway this is your place. Very pet friendly, you can leave your pets on the balcony and they can crap the place all they want. I lived there for a year and they are not very helpful in the office or friendly. They rules of the lease are the lease, but when it comes to glass by the pool, pet crapping, etc. those rules are for the breaking. You have a pet you will LOVE it!
Oh by the way the grilles are always dirty so make sure to clean them yourself prior to using them.
Garage is free to park anywhere even if you are assigned spots, as long as no one has that spot feel free. Level 2 is totally open for all to park and every one does.
Do not park your bike on level 2 unless you want it stolen!

I lived here 1 year and while the finish out and amenities are nice (and new) most of the people that live here are, should be, or are trying to be the stars of their own reality shows. If you are too douchee for Uptown (which takes trying pretty hard, I would imagine) then this is your place. Lots of 50K millionaires and trust fund babies and a few pro athletes. Overall, expensive for what you get in the way of space yet priceless for the entertainment value if you like reality shows. We will not be renewing our lease. To be fair, the people that work here (especially the front desk) are good and care about the residents though I think that they get a little tired of babysitting…

What can I say… I love this building. The guys at the front desk are very helpful, and the views are unsurpassed. If you want to live in a place with amazing views of the city, this is it. I love that it is LEED gold certified, and very energy-​efficient.

Beautiful view!!! But, who cares about the view when you have a very noisy neighbor.
What’s worse? When the management won’t take care of the situation. Can’t wait to move!

Lovely spaces & views of Dallas skyline! New restaurants opening & shopping. I am selling my cookie cutter house as soon as my last Child leaves and leasing a high rise here! (plus my bestie is getting sick of me crashing on her sofa) Love everything about this place… the Staff and people who live here are all so nice to be around!
