Stay away folks. These new buyers, and people, like to increase lease agreement’s between $ 70 to $ 90 a month every year. It’s happened to me twice. I’m in the people business. I’ll definitely let them know about these scamming tactics.

I haven’t completely moved in yet but I give 5 stars just to my experience with the office staff on getting the apartment… I love the look of the apartments, the friendly staff… also the location … it is perfect for my commute to work …

I was so excited to move here March 2015. But after getting settled it was one of the biggest mistake I have ever made.
Everyday but Sunday they have some kind of thing going on right in front of my patio and it wakes me up early and not able to fall back asleep. I need quiet to get some nice sleep in.
Another thing, couple of months ago, I asked if I can get an extension for rent. Normally they would give you a few days before they start charging you late fees. I ended up paying almost $ 850 for a studio that month. That’s ridiculous.
The staff members are alright. The leasing manager is rude.
There’s not even a ²⁴⁄₇ access to the laundry card. Once the office closes. You have to wait until the very next day to add more money. And the gym, once the office closes it closes unless you have a card which you have to PURCHASE with the office in order to get in.
My shower is bipolar. I set it for a temperature next thing you know it gets scorching hot or ice cold. I would like to keep my shower the temperature I set it too.
Save your money and go somewhere else. this place sucks even with all the renovations. You can find a nicer place to live in. Not with your time or money.

I have lived here for 5 months and in that short time these are the problems I’ve encountered…
I had a rat in my apartment for a month.
My apartment has cigarette smoke coming through the vents which management says they can’t do anything about because they don’t have a no smoking policy.
Three of my friends cars have been towed because they have very few visitors spaces vs resident spaces.
My washer dryer was supposed to be ordered when I moved in March. I just received it in August after I asked the office when it would be arriving they said they didn’t have me on the list. For the first three months I was here I was charged for a washer dryer (2 of those charges were reimbursed to be, after that I gave up)
To top it off this morning (in daylight) my neighbors door was kicked down and robbed. I asked the office what security measures they were going to take to prevent this from happening again and they unanimously told me to call the police if I hear a noise. I had to ask them to please send the security officer around more often.
I loved this apartment when I moved in but it has turned into a nightmare.

Wish there was a way to give «0» stars. So These apartments suck!!! They are trashy and ghetto. I don’t live here but I come here to visit my mom but these apartments and area they are a part of is so ghetto and suspect. And they just did renovations but this place STILL doesn’t look up to par. There are like 10 visitor parking lots and if you don’t have a permit you will get towed. Where are you suppose to park? On the street so your car has a higher chance to get broken into? Umm no. The roads are bad and they painted the apartments a tacky grey color. It is so ugly. Can’t even come outside without the broke ratchet Dallas men they stay here trying to «holla» at you and get your number. Yeah, so sorry my dear but I will date a gorilla in the zoo before I give you my number. I’m out of your league boo. Oh yeah, there is a family that stays in the apartment on second level that lets there bad kids roam free. The amount of running that goes on in the apartments makes me think they are trying to train their kids for the Olympics or something. Newsflash, inconsiderate neighbor! Let your kids play outside. The Walls are thin so you hear everything. I will be so happy when my mom leaves!
