This ‘company’ is a freaking joke! Booked them two weeks in advance and two days before my move they said they couldn’t make it until 6 hours after the orginal start time. On my day they were late another hour! They also charged me ridiculous fees! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

The facts: 3 bedroom/2 bath house moving to same within the same city.
Time to move: around 10 – 11 hours
Some damage to things: yes
Ability of workers: OK
Worker Performance: Lazy, one (out of 2) was on phone for most of the time.
Overall: I feel like this should have been done in 5 – 6 hours with only 1 trip — and time is important when you’re paying by the hour. The amount of time it took to wrap and put in truck was ridiculous considering it still caused damage to stuff. One worker was not really doing much the whole time, and we didn’t have time to babysit the crew. If you use them, be sure you are prepared to take charge and make sure things get done. That is not what I expect to have to do on moving day, but I’ll know better next time.
