one of the better dinners I’ve had in Dallas — popped in for a «casual» dinner on a Sunday with my daughter. We loved the food, but it was pricey. We split a shrimp cocktail. It was delicious, big shrimp that was very fresh! My daughter ordered the special branzino and it was amazing. I had the lobster mac & cheese and practically licked my bowl. I would definitely order this again, and again. Our server was attentive and very good. My only comment is that two meals(1 being pasta, albeit with lobster), no alcohol was over $ 100 and I was wearing my Dallas Cowboys baseball hat — which I don’t typically do at $ 100 dinners. Oh well, very enjoyable and we will be back…

Some dishes very tasty others with unnecessary sugary sauces. Prices are expensive for what you get. Not in a rush to return.

We all enjoyed the food we ordered, but the service was a little slow and the portion sizes weren’t worth the prices. If I don’t make it back, I won’t be disappointed.

Great food and excellent service. The fish was awesome. The portions are generous. The clams and mussels appetizer was awesome. We also enjoyed a shrimp appetizer. The restaurant also is child friendly. The surrounding area is neat and great for a post dinner walk.

Pro tip: learn sign language before dining here unless you’re bringing your megaphone and hearing aids in order to actually have a conversation with your dining companions. We ordered the cracker dippers and mushroom caps for appetizers and both were supposed to have some mixture of crab, shrimp, salmon, or crawfish. Much to my surprise, both appetizers were stuffed with so much other filler that was not seafood that both missed the mark. The entrees are reasonably portioned but 7 – 8 medium grilled shrimp with fries and slaw for $ 24 seems a little pricey. If they added noise insulation via curtains and ceiling spray, increased the seafood to filler ratio in their appetizers and revisited some of their pricing then we could move into the 4 or 5 star territory.

I can’t honestly wait to go there again… I feel like I found the best seafood restaurant in Dallas, I love everything about this place, the food, the environment and the customer service are A+ The waitress helped to understand the menu since besides the permanent menu they have a seasonal menu on the walls… She suggested me a fish that I don’t remember the name but I’m attaching the picture and it was delightful, just perfectly cooked… The portion was big but trust me you will eat it all… Since I loved my entrée I asked the waitress for a dessert recommendation… I wanted to taste the cookie cake but she told me the pudding was out of this world and oh lord she was right… I can eat 10 of those at anytime… I also had a pitcher of white sangria and loved it! If you are looking for a place that is gonna give you the homemade original premium experience, this is it! It’s worth the price! I will definitely go back… Perfect place to take someone that you want to impress since they have a good selection of wine and handcrafted drinks… Oh My! Just writing this review is making me hungry!

Whoever wrote the one star review is an idiot. This is an incredible find. Three for lunch on Tuesday, three different entrees. Shrimp tacos, BBQ shrimp po boy and a spinach salad with salmon. All excellent. Service was good. It’s a bit loud but doable. Best secret. Iced tea is on the table in a pitcher and a small bucket of ice provided for fresh tea refills. Best tea I’ve ever had! Very popular and very busy for both lunch and dinner.

Horrible customer service. The fish does not look fresh and minimal selection. Been to every restaurant at trinity grove and this one is by far the worse.
