I know that Apple stores can be a pain in the arse… waiting in line to make an appt, then waiting for«geniuses», then waiting for a solution. Sometimes this can take hours, but you know what? You’re in the Apple store. S*%t takes a while. Why? Because everyone has Apple. So… I just deal. I can choose to get irritated or I can choose to stare at all the pretty things I can’t afford. I choose the latter(sadly). Over the last 2 days, I have been in there 3 times. THREE! Each time I have been more pleased than the last. I recently did the newest update to my phone and since then, it’s been going bonkers. Really annoying(sidenote: It’s sad how much we depend on our phones now). So when I tried to make an appt they couldn’t see me till Saturday, well, that wasn’t gonna cut it. So I went into the store and told the guy my problem. He moved me right to the express station and within 10 minutes a guy came by and started helping me. I left to go do some of those things he suggested at home(I needed to backup stuff…) and I followed all of his instructions. Sadly, it didn’t work :(So I went back on my way home and saw him again, we tried some more things and it worked! My phone was fixed! I left and a few hours later, the problem started again. I went back today, walked right in and spoke with a manager, she moved me again to the express and a lovely lady was waiting for me. Long story short, I sadly had to wipe my phone and start like new. Ew. I might agree that they could use a few more employees as they have geniuses and then people selling. BUT all in all, they were so patient with me, my questions, my crazies and my phone. Gave me good advice and ultimately fixed my phone. Be sure to read the terms and conditions. Agree.

This store has terrible customer service. Simple questions seems to stump them. Managers are rude. Associates are clueless. I get conflicting or evasive answers. I dropped my 16gb IPhone 4 in water. It won’t turn on. I was told to bring it in and they would replace it for the same model, although refurbished, for $ 164.00 with taxes. I asked did they have it in as I could go by the store and simply buy it. The manager said he had no clue about their inventory. He said no one in the store could check as well. He said their store system wasn’t set up to check inventory and the only way they would know what they had in the store was for the person to actually come by and try to buy the product. Well, that didn’t make sense. If they could check for the product when the person walked in, why couldn’t they check when a person called? He refused to check for me and he said there was no way. And then it stumped them when I asked if I could pay a little extra to buy the Iphone 432gb instead of the Iphone 416gb. He said they could only replace it for a ‘like model’ but I called back a little later and spoke to Aaron who said I could pay a little extra for the 32gb but he could not find the price of this upgrade. So he transferred me to Apple Care and the woman kept demanding I turn on the phone to give her the IMEI number but the phone could not turn on as it was dropped in water and so she placed me on hold to try and get the price for the Iphone 432gb but she never could find it. I was then transferred to a Senior Apple Care associate named«Matt» who told me I was out of luck. He said Apple was no longer even repairing the Iphone 4’s as they considered it a ‘vintage product’ and the only option was for me to buy a brand new iphone. Really?! Apple phased out the repairs for this device I spent $ 800.00 on after just a few years? The guy sounded like a drill sergeant and said that every Iphone, after just a few years was phased out and no longer even repaired or replaced by Apple. So Apple comes out with these thousand dollar devices every year and if it damages after a few years you are just out of luck? I hung up with him and called the Fort Worth store and I was informed they had several IPhone 4’s in stock and that I could come by anytime and purchase one.

Here we go again — this will be my 3rd Iphone 6 in the last 3 weeks, talk about your bait and switch. I think they are just given me back the same phone.
