Excellent shop if you are in the market for artwork created by local artists. But not solely a place for artwork the store also sells eclectic, unique jewelry, and gifts as well as mid-century modern furniture… Every time I go into the shop it feels like a different shop because the inventory changes frequently. Definitely worth a visit or two in Dallas’ hip Know/Henderson strip.

Ok little store that looks like you traveled back in time to the 1970s. If that is your desired design, this is your place.

I live right by this place and the sign proclaiming«affordable modern art» had me very intrigued. After perusing the items here I would say the word affordable might be a stretch,(this is coming from the thrift queen) but there are some really interesting things in this store. Expect to find jewelry, art, furniture and knick knacks galore. They have things that run from very modern to totally vintage with prices varied in between. I like how the upstairs is like a little house complete with a fully stocked kitchen, its a very cute layout. I would definitely recommend checking this place out, especially since it supports local talent. I plan on coming back here to score something unique for my vintage and knick knack obsessed girlfriend’s wedding gift.

Small shop but loads of interesting art. Saw a piece I like but it was already sold. They said they can custom a piece for me. Will return.

How many times have you passed this place and thought«I should go check it out.» Well the hubster and I finally did this past Saturday. I wasn’t too impressed to be honest. I like the range from new/modern art to the vintage items they had, the fact that they had local artist’s work and the set up of the place. I did find the prices to be a bit high but like another reviewer said, check out there site and then go in. The most amusing«discovery» was coming across a CorningWare set that the hubster received from his mother that had a huge mark up… $ 6 for a mug that is sitting in my cupboard right now and $ 12 for a plate…(for those of you who inheirted the plates with the little green flowers from your mom or grandmother, I know you find this equally entertaining)

Save yourself a trip and check out the website first and then if there’s something of interest, check out the store. All the furniture items are pictured on the website and many of the smaller housewares. They have a mix of newer modern pieces that someone wants to get rid of and some vintage stuff as well. Most of the time, it’s overpriced but if it sits there for long enough, they start marking it down. You never know what you might find… I haven’t seen anything I just HAD to have yet, but I’ll keep checking back.
