AWFUL !
Ordered flowers for my mother to be delivered by noon. When I found out they were not delivered at noon, the owner was extremely defensive and said there is no guarantee on the time, but they will be delivered before 5. Imagine my shock to call my mom at 5 and find out no flowers. They didn’t arrive until after 6, causing my parents to be late for their dinner reservations.
Upon questioning why she guaranteed me noon delivery in the first place she denied «guaranteeing» and that it was more of «i’ll do my best.»
Will never give her business again.
