This is the best Wendy’s that I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating at. I usually pick up two junior bacon cheeseburgers on my way to visit my brother, a food snob who would never be seen in a fast food parking lot and his girlfriend(who may eat Wendy’s from time to time — we’ve never discussed it, I know she does enjoy Panera Bread, and what’s that really, but dressed up Wendy’s with soup?) One morning, after a heavy night of drinking, avoiding the usual non-starter topics like politics and religion I walked to the car with my girlfriend to find that I hadn’t eaten both of my junior bacon cheeseburgers from the night before — cold, and old — I swear the lettuce was crisper then it was the night before. I devoured it. When you can eat old food from a fast food restaurant and actually enjoy it — you know they must be doing something right. Is it possible that they get better produce than the location in Kingston? I think that very well may be the case. This is a Wendy’s that seems like it’s located in an alley behind a farmer’s market. I’ve not dined in, in years — but I’m sure the décor is the same as always, and the plasticware well-stocked. If you got to eat Wendy’s, you got to eat THIS Wendy’s.
