Bark Park Central

I can’t believe no one has reviewed this place! Seriously? We are hurting for space in this city when it comes to green spaces or places for our dogs to run (legally) and I LOVE this place. I’m going with 4 stars because there is just no parking… so if you have to drive you hope for a meter spot on the side. Other than that I find the place to be pretty relaxing on a regular visit. Dogs of all shapes and sizes and laid back doggie parents all over.
There is some grass, some seating (limited), water fountain for people and dogs, mud… yes mud and high fencing. The dogs always seem to feel safe and relaxed here. The fountains could use some work, mud can be an issue… but for this kind of space you can’t ask much more. The highway actually provides shade (which you need here) and a white noise that’s kinda calming. It’s gotten a bit beaten up in the last year… but I much prefer this over Main Street Garden park (joke) or Klyde Warren for dogs… let’s get real here.
