This Baskin Robbins is the best Baskin Robbins ever. Way better than Preston Royal. I come here around five times a week and it always brightens my day. The service is excellent, the workers are accommodating, and there is always an incredible selection of ice cream cakes ready to buy. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, which makes your Baskin experience enjoyable in all types of weather. They have many great toppings and a variety of flavors that gives them lots of returning customers. The flavor of the month adds excitement to your visit because an awesome new flavor can alter your everyday order(the best flavor of the month comes in July — Oreo ‘N Cake). These flavors are limited edition so be sure to load up with many quarts while you can. Baskin Robbins also celebrates a national holiday, «Baskin Day,» on the 31st where there is a discount on sundaes in addition to balloons, stickers, and banners. There is a Marble Slab located directly across the street but no one is ever in there because everyone knows that Baskin is, and always will be, better. BASKINFOREVER!!!

Disclosure: I have visited Baskin Robbins 10+ times. Baskin Robbins is an ice cream shop known for having 31 flavors. They make shakes, splits, serve cones, etc. My Overall Rating — 3 ½ Stars(Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere — Like all Baskin Robbins, you’ll find a counter full of 31 flavors, a few tables inside and out, and colorful walls inside. However, it’s a dated, conformed look. The explosion of gourmet ice cream/gelato shops(Milwaukee Joes, Sprinkles, Paciugo) along with the trendy yogurt places(Pinkberry, Yummilicious) prove design for dessert shops can be inspiring. ½ Star. Service — Always friendly, the BR scoop masters to their best to keep the line moving, taking orders, payments, and keeping kids(and adults) happy. Good people. 1 Star. Food — I’ll admit, I only eat the Lemon Custard. It’s my favorite BR flavor and no one else makes it. That’s part of my problem, with 30 other flavors, nothing really seems to be as appealing to me anymore. I find the aforementioned Ice Cream shops offer better and more quality flavors. I’ll still eat any ice cream, I just rarely crave it so much I have to make a dedicated stop. It’s not you BR, it’s me. 1 Star. Will I Return? — Yes. It’s conveniently located, relatively inexpensive, and they serve lemon custard! Plus, my kids like choosing the bright colors. That’s right. I said colors — doesn’t matter what the flavor is, they just want some funky color. 1 Star. My Unilocal Rating Scale(Sum of all parts): 1 Star — Atmosphere — Is it a cool dive? Perhaps an upscale place? No matter the type, atmosphere plays a big part and I’ll give a star if I like it or thinks it has great charm. 1 Star — Service — You can have a great meal with bad service. But that’s also what can make a five star joint drop to four. It’s important to the dining experience that service is great and on point. 2 Stars — Food — I’ll award up to two stars for the food, since this is the main reason we dine out. Sometimes the extra star is given for value, but it’s really all about the food. 1 Star — Will I come back? — If I know for a fact I’ll return, I’ll give this a star. A place has to make an impression for me to return. Each Category can be given up to 1 star except food(2 stars) because I consider all these categories important to the overall dining experience. I will sum them up to provide my final Unilocal score

I wish I could give negative stars! I am a true believer of second chances. Everyone deserves a second chance! On top of that, I am relatively easy to please. This is one of the worst places I’ve ever been to! DONOTGOTOTHISLOCATION! 1. Worst customer service ever! The staff is rude and mean! 2. The place has tiny ants crawling on the floor by the entrance. 3. They serve melted ice cream! What’s up with that? I ordered ICECREAM, not a milk shake!!! The second time I went there, the only difference was that the ants were gone. I don’t know, maybe they were sleeping. The staff was still rude.

I love this neighborhood Baskin Robbins which is always hopping. The young men and women working behind the glass serving up the 31 flavors are friendly and personable. I almost always opt for the Rocky Road or the Double Fudge. The store is clean and orderly with a few inside tables and picnic tables outside. Grab yourself a cone or bowl and stroll over to the fountain in Summer or Christmas tree in the middle of the shopping center. Good times.
