In case anyone was wondering, Time Warner Cable is the WORST cable provider in Dallas if not the country. Had someone come out TWICE to set up our internet and she left and said it would work after she left. Never worked. Spent over six hours on the phone on hold with them over the past three days. Scheduled an appointment today for 1, then after a no show I called to see where the tech was. The response «oh sorry the appointment was rescheduled to 4». No one called me to tell me this. 5:30 rolls around still no word. I call again due to no communication and after 30 minutes was told «sorry the tech will be there in 30 – 45 minutes.» Again, no sign. At 7:15 received an automated call saying the appointment needed to be rescheduled. Was put on hold again to set up a time and is finally just hung up. Called back– no way to get through. I can’t get ahold of our cable rep the apartment recommended to us. Just a complete nightmare! Do not go through this company for your cable/​internet!
