I only go to Chili’s if my friends wants to go or I’m really craving unhealthy non-fast foods. This location services tends to be hit or miss, but mainly the services has been slow. The food quality & portion used to be so good but now the food looks depressing & the portions are so small. It’s sad to see typical restaurant chains quality & portion going downhill badly.

We must have come on a busy night, the service was a little slower than usual and so was the kitchen. The Ziosk was blinking like nuts because it had run out of paper but after I mentioned it to the waiter, he fixed it immediately. I hadn’t had their beef fajitas in a long time and I got the addition of lemon rice and black beans. The lemon rice was really awesome! The fajitas was pretty good but perhaps not quite as good as I remember them.

Worst chilis that I have ever been to. Tried eating here twice in the past six months. On both occasions, my order was wrong and the food was cold

Ribs don’t have much meat and they were cold. Waiter took my water and never brought it back. The fries were good. The salad was small, but fresh. The mini molten was delicious. Friday night is very busy.

Me and my boyfriend went there for our Saturday cheat meal last week. It’s quite a disappointment I have to say. The nachos are not crunchy enough. And chilies are too sweet. Not mention they don’t even put enough chicken inside. Also be careful not go bring your guys there because the gay waiter hit on my boyfriend!

My family has given this Chili’s location several chances and each time we have been disappointed. The service for dinner has been consistently slow. Today our group was not served our meals at the same time. In fact, one member did not receive his food until after everyone else had finished. We addressed the problem with the manager and at that point there was no saving our experience. They did take the item we did not receive off of the bill and discounted the other items on the bill. The problem is — taking items off of the bill or discounting items on the bill does not fix the problem. A consistent problem. Anyone who is expecting a good dining experience should look elsewhere.

Just got some food to go from here, we got drinks while we waited and I ordered the El Niño witch was very tasty although our waiter could of been a bit friendlier. To go we got boneless wings which I would compare to mc Donald’s wings dipped in wing sauce ! I’m very disappointed cause wings here used to be my favorite item!

I got what I expected from Chili’s. Loved the smoked chicken wings. Alex the waiter was attentive and kept our water and tea full. Loved the pay at the table concept it even gives you a receipt. The restaurant was Not clean. Floors where sticky. Didn’t even try to use the restroom.

Bad service. Semi-warm food after 45 minutes and one drink refill. The place has empty tables and not busy, seemed every person in hearing distance had the same issue.

Went in for a little bite to eat by myself and sat at the bartop. This is my second visit in two weeks and the service here is horrible. They seemed understaffed which is not a surprise for a Brinker Restaurant which only focuses on the bottom line. I ordered the bottomless soup and salad to play it safe. After ordering it and finishing my Arnold Palmer a man sat down next to me and ordered a Chicken entrée. Doesn’t his entrée come out before my soup which is already made sitting in the expo line and a salad that all you have to do is throw lettuce in a bowl. I have given up on Chilis — in Texas anyway. I never have this problem in California. Get it together Texas

Went 9÷10÷15 for lunch with 4 other people. Ordered chicken & pork fajitas. Menu says Caramelized onions and green peppers come with the fajitas but they were barely cooked. When I said I thought they were to be Caramelized, Waitress took them back and said that is how they always are so let us know if you want them cooked more??? Makes no sense! So after the others were done eating she brought my food back with burned onions and green peppers. I will Never go back.

This was my first time at this Chili’s and everything was wonderful. The food, drinks, dessert and the service was nothing but exceptional. I was there with my sister and our waiter was very nice and attentive. My only problem was that my visit didn’t last long enough. If I wasn’t just here on a mini vacation I would definitely frequent this establishment.

Called ahead of time for a take out order. Showed up a little bit early, and food was ready on time. Erica was at the To Go register, and was quick to greet with a big smile.

Normally I don’t leave reviews for regular chain restaurants but decided to leave this one since I was leaving a review for another business. Anyhow I don’t visit Chili’s much but had family in town and we visited this location in Midtown Dallas off Preston. The meals were great, service good, restaurant clean and the ease of using the table computer for fast checkout. We had beef and chicken enchiladas and they were delicious. For an appetiser we ordered the southwest egg rolls which are really good with a ranch dip. If you’re in the neighbourhood and don’t want anything too OTT pop in!

First time to this location, I had no idea it was even over here, kind of hidden. Anyways we came in with a group of five or six we got into a huge booth which was great. They now have this system now that you may order apps, drinks and play games all from this little device they have located at their tables. Our server was nice and friendly, the service was not great but it was not bad. We were able to split and pay for our meal all from our table which is very nice and convenient when your ready to leave. All and all good place. Also the food! Everyone knows and has been to Chili’s and is aware of the type of food they had. I do not eat meat but do fish so I tried the crusted tilapia it was amazing! Just the light delicious lunch I was looking for while I was out and about shopping.

My family and I have been coming to this Chilis for at least a decade. I think it’s a test Chili’s, as Brinker HQ is just down the street, and they were the first to switch from the glass glasses to plastic glasses long ago. Anyway, service has always been a problem here. First they assigned 2 servers per table, which somehow cut down on server availability. Now they have the computer thing at your table that has a camera and a microphone(what are they doing with video of us?!). Service is slower than ever. Our favorite servers got replaced or left, and it takes 10 minutes to get anything — water, a to-go box — even when the restaurant is less than half full. I still go out of habit, but even though the food is fine, it’s not worth it.

My husband is a huge fan of Chili’s. He loves to get the chips and salsa and the steak fajitas. However, after eating the chips at Pepe & Mito’s in Deep Ellum, the chips are not doing it for me anymore. We headed into Chili’s around 8:15 p.m. before going to a 9:30 p.m. movie at Valley View AMC. We knew that we could be in and out in under an hour. While the food was good, our server was especially slow. We shared with her that we were on our way to see a movie, and her section was pretty dead, so I am not sure why it took her 15 minutes to get a box for my chicken tenders. However, it was helpful to be able to pay through the little electronic device that is convinetly placed at our table.
