This place is horrible. I had bought a ten dollar gift card and when I ordered my drink they insisted I still give a card for the tab. I ordered one more drink which totaled the ten dollar gift card I had just purchased(for poker, from the same bartender) and they charged my card! He knew he had made a mistake and charged me twice($ 20 for two drinks totaling $ 10) and he said he refunded my card. The refund is not on my card and they won’t pick up the phone, ever! Don’t go there, also the scenery is trashy and it’s filled with smoke

Got to love Logie’s. We have been coming here since college for a laid back atmosphere and large cheap beers. We still love it for that, but are now also interested in their food. It looks like they recently charged their menu. We have only so far tried their chop chop salad, which I loved and a plate of cheese fries. I figure myself a cheese fry connoisseur. This was a big plate of really seasoned fries(think curly fry seasoning) and just the right amount of cheese for only $ 4. We will be back to try some of the more interesting things on the menu. Its also great to watch Sunday football, never thought of it before and are happy to avoid the pack places on Sundays. There is a pretty decent showing of Bears fans in particular. Sure it is still dark and smokey, but that’s what I expect from this type of bar.

Smoky and dark. I’ve been going here when it was still Logan’s and now they changed it to Logie’s. Last was the first time in back since maybe a year and half. Still the same place and nothing has really changed.

Bad service, nasty drinks, go anywhere else in Addison for a better experience. NOT the same as other Logan’s.

This place is horrible. The staff is slow and make extremely weak drinks. I have seen people in the parking lot fighting and kicking in car windows and the bouncers just watched. I would stay away from this place because you do not get a good value for your dollar and it is unsafe. The manager is on a weird power trip and treats customer who have a dispute like garbage. If you are in this area cross the street and check out the bars there. They are pretty cool.

Not to be confused with Logan’s Roadhouse! Atmosphere– smoky and microscopic tv’s that are hidden. Beer– DON’T drink draft beers from here! The lines are disgusting and the beer taste horrible. Food– nasty. ordered fried jalapenos and got a bunch of sliced jalapenos that you can buy for 99 cents in a jar. They throw those in grease and charge you $ 8 bucks for it. It was a far cry from what I was expecting. Management– the guy night manager is a joke. Don’t try to dispute your bill or give feedback. He will put you in your place quickly. Apparently, I was not a guest to him, but a complete idiot for not reading the menu description closer. I got what I asked for, but I never asked to be humiliated in front of my friends by this guy! Staff– waitresses and bartenders are absolutely hideous. I’ve never seen anyone work there that isn’t overweight or the slightest bit attractive. Rude, uncaring, not attentive, and unhappy with life in general. Usually drunk or drinking in front of you, too. People at the bar– all older men with huge beer guts. I used to frequent this place around 2 years ago. The last few months, I’ve stopped by 2 or 3 times. This place used to be decent but now is empty and run into the ground. Shut your doors for good already. Its painful to see.

Logan’s …hmmmmm well I’m not a fan of indoor smoking!!! This is a huge place complete with pool tables and that’s always cool if you dig pool, I saw some of the food and I wasn’t really impressed by what I saw and my drinks were sub par. I dont think I would go back here. It had a borderline redneck feel! and that shit turns me OFF! WHOOPWHOOP!

This is not a terrible place to come drink when all the other bars are filled up. The selection is pretty good, the prices are not bad. The music is pretty offal and the people here, they are a sort of their own. That being said, don’t let that hold you back from coming in and having some drinks. I’ve only had a few items on the food menu, was basically bar food, didn’t really impress or disappoint.

This place has insane drink specials almost every day of the week. On Tuesday it’s happy hour all day — which translates to $ 3.25 wells. They sell those huge beers(must be a liter), and have a decent bar food menu to boot. The fried pickles and mushrooms, tater tots, and chicken fingers were all up to snuff. The tater tots were particularly glorious in that they were not overfried and came out crispy and just the right shade of glistening orangy brown. They do have some salads and sandwiches, as well as the usual nacho/quesadilla/app fare, and all at good prices(chicken finger basket was just under $ 8). The macaroni and cheese, listed on the menu as CRAZYMAC, was delicious, though be warned that the sauce has some bacon mixed into it and they can’t remove it. The noodles were big round guys that held onto the milky and gooey cheese perfectly. The bar itself is interesting — reminds me of an old casino or airport bar from the 70s with a section where the floor is raised so you can sit at regular height chairs at the bar. There is a second room with two pool tables and darts which houses an additional bar, but I doubt it’s been operational in years. The wait staff are friendly and good at not spilling things on you, but the food can come out a bit slow sometimes — hopefully a reflection of them not wanting to serve undercooked items. You can smoke in this bar, so it’s a little smokey, but not overly so. Definitely a great choice if you’re in the area and want a low key experience, where you and your friends can choose between beer and alcohol — unlike Flying Saucer Addison where hard liquor is a no go. No juke box. $ 1 per game of pool. Quarter machine by the pool tables.

I love this place, great staff, good food(fried mushrooms), strong drinks and decent music with the video! It’s usually quiet and chill… Just an all around good place to get drunk!

The usual suspects. NOT somewhere to go and TALK. Below par food, even for a bar. Smoke inside. HUGEGLASSES, not sure what comes in it. You can purchase extremely large goblets of what they say is beer… It just doesn’t taste right. Annoying YouTube video breaks. And… After putting all this aside and still trying have a good night, I was ask to leave for dancing. That’s right dancing. NOT on tables, NOT taking off any clothes, NOT even dancing with someone who didn’t want to dance. So yeah, you have been warned.

Logan’s is well… OK; 3 stars. –Atmosphere: Well it’s a bar, that’s about it… but that’s really all I was looking for so, that was fine with me. –Service: Friendly enough, they got the job done; although I would think that if you see a new face in a bar with only 3 people in it you might try to make more of an impression. I did get great service and good conversation on my last visit… it was the busiest I’ve ever seen the place, and well it was the bartenders first day. Maybe her input would be valuable to them. –Bar: Prices are right in there. I like the big beer option, and I think it’s great that they have some big beers in bottles too. –Food: Menu is small and leaves a little to be desired. The artwork could be better too. I ordered sliders. They were good, not bad, not great. Jus was un-necessary. Tiny Cheeseburger in no way screams«French Dip». I would have also rather had some fries or chips or something to munch on and a couple less mini-burgers. –Overall: No complaints, but nothing jumped out at me. I’m sure I’ll revisit, it’s close to home and quiet enough to relax.

Not sure where this bar fits in with everything else on Belt Line. Everything seems to have an identity except Logan’s. So the only reason we go to Logan’s is when my buddy Sam gets too drunk and we kicked out of Sherlock’s. Logan’s is always happy to accommodate us. There’s nothing really memorable about Logan’s in my mind, except that usually our nights end here. Nothing against Logan’s, it’s just how things turn out for us.

This is a quintessential Addison bar. Nothing special, loud, upbeat music, smoking permitted inside, cold beer, and shots are always going around. It’s just a happy place to enjoy a few libations. While their busy days are definitely Friday and Saturday night, it can get very stuffy and smoky in there during then. If that’s not for you, then stay away on those nights. I think some of these reviews are a little bias based on one experience on a busy night. The smoke, especially, can be a polarizing part of the experience, but that’s just what you get in Addison. Don’t like it, there are plenty of other places to have a few adult beverages in Dallas without smoke. Now if you are down with all of the above, this place is as good as any to exercise all your legal sins. They have a good draft selection, stacked bar of spirits, and all the standard bar food hits. Service is usually prompt and friendly. The crowd is very mixed. Often, you will see business suits next to overalls during many days. Age range is just as varied. It’s not the cleanest bar in the world, but not bad. This is a sports bar. Lots of TV’s throughout, and a standard host of arcade games you find in most other sports bars. Big sports game days are crazy fun here!

Logan’s is not for me. I met some friends at Logan’s for a last stop on St. Patty’s Day last night. It’s one of those places that even though you showered right before you went, you feel dirty when you leave. It’s impossible to put your finger on the crowd they are going for – it’s quite a mix. Between the young girls dancing a fool, creepy older guys, and drunk cougs looking to score – this place is a hot mess. Even though the bartender was incompetent(he said I could not have my DosXX«dressed” – wth?), we were happy our cocktail waitress was very attentive even though she was obviously swamped. Another positive is that the music was pretty good(KE$HA, what what!). The absolute worst part of Logan’s(and Addison in general) is the lack of a smoking ban. If you go out in Addison, prepare to reek when you leave. With smoking bans in Austin, Houston, and Dallas, it’s time for Addison to jump on the bandwagon.

2.5 stars for the quiet & atmosphere on a Friday afternoon. BFF and I were 2 of the only 4 people here yesterday around 1500. That part of the visit was nice, no blaring music or elbow to elbow crowds. Logan’s has been here for 10 years and this was our very first visit. We have passed it so many times and kept saying we had to check it out. Today just driving around to see what was open on New Years Day, we dropped in to take a look, curious to see what it was all about. Prior to Logan’s this was an Italian restaurant, which I had visited frequently so many moons ago. Dark woods, an attractive enormous oval bar, much larger than I remembered. Many t.v.‘s around for convenient viewing of sports. We opted to sit at the bar since it was so empty. Pretty comfy chairs. Our first bartender was, well, let’s say slow? Okay, I’ll say it like it is, LAZY. While we received our first drink pretty quickly, subsequent refills required my getting up to locate him, and having to wave him over. He was sitting at another part of the bar watching t.v. Granted, he wasn’t busy, but he also wasn’t paying attention to the 4 patrons at the bar. The plus however was that we could enjoy quiet conversation without interruption, albeit it part of the time with empty glasses. So, this earned the 2 star rating. Finally, he went off duty and a nice young lady took over. She was friendly and cheery and watched us more closely. When chatting with her, we commented how empty the bar was. She said that come 2200, the place would be rocking until around 0200. Obviously this is a late night hang-out kind of place(as mentioned in other reviews). Perused the menu, and to no surprise, it’s typical bar food. Your usual apps, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and pizza. All seemed reasonably priced except the pizzas, which seemed a little high. Our drinks were very reasonable, $ 2.00 beers, $ 3.00 wine. Hmmm, would we go back? Probably only in the afternoon or early HH. Noisy crowds do not sound appealing so would avoid a rowdy group at all costs. I did like the look of the place and enjoyed the quiet relaxing feel this particular time of the day.(No smokers present, a plus) However, there are other spots in Addison we prefer. Love the Quarter !!(Oh, and BTW, Logan’s is in Addison, not Dallas. Sent a correction to Unilocal HQ)

Logan’s is the cool bar I used to go to before I was 21 because one of the door guys thought I was cute, so it was an easy in. Shh… don’t tell anyone. After I turned legal and was allowed into real bars, I realized just how uncool Logan’s really is. When I do revisit Logan’s, it’s never on the weekends. I just can’t handle it on Friday and Saturday — the music blares beyond recognition, I’m going to guess half the crowd isn’t even old enough to drink(I should know) despite their«tough» door guys who«ID», the bathrooms are disgusting by 8pm and it’s a mecca of jäger-power-shooting douchiness. Any other day of the week is okay here. The draft beers are enormous and the TV options are great for games, and the food is edible. My friend Robert tends bar and if it weren’t for him or my friends who love this place, I would never go. But every once in a while, it’s okay to be silly and pretend like you have no responsibilities.

Despite living down the street from this place for over 4 years, I’d never visited Logans before this weekend. It is now officially in my «been there, done that» list, and nothing really makes me want to become a regular there. It wasn’t a bad night, just a bit lackluster. I agree with Joe F. — snagging a table & a waitress will make your evening more enjoyable. Our waitress was nice & attentive when she could be, but she was swamped most of the time. Without a table, its a lot of fighting your way to the bar & long waits. Tabbing out takes a while, but I guess that is what happens when so many people cram into a small space. Prices were fairly normal & I didn’t notice any special deals. Oh, and some of the waitresses walk around with jello shots… That could explain why the crowd appeared to be on the younger end… I get the feeling that quite a few of the people I ran into that night were not of legal age. Then again, who didn’t sneak into places when they were kiddos? There is an outdoor area, but its way too cold for that right now. It’s not a large space, so I doubt I venture out there at any point. Staying indoors means you’ll probably get inundated with cigarette smoke, so just be prepared. On the bright side, cabs know to frequent this place when it gets late, so you won’t have to wait around for a ride when you’re ready to go. Overall, not very impressive, but I still had a good time.

If you can get a table and a waitress, this place is awesome. The tall beers served are TALL(at least 24 oz and probably more) and the mixed drinks are decent. However, at it’s heart, it’s just another bar in Addison with nothing to really separate it from the pack. There aren’t a bunch of big screens so you can watch sports, the specials aren’t impressive, there isn’t a big dance floor and the patio is less than desirable. However, something keeps people coming back to this place and it’s finding out what that thing is that keeps me coming back. I started coming to Logan’s on my trips home from college, but can count on one hand the number of times I’ve been since graduation a while back. Logan’s has the feel of a college bar and maybe that’s why it stays packed with young faces. On second thought, maybe I shouldn’t have asked for that girl with the braces’ number.. .crap, hello lawyer? The focal point of the place is a huge oval shaped bar that is severely understaffed when this place gets busy. Don’t plan on stepping up to the bar real quick and grabbing a drink and for the love of God, DON’T OPEN A TAB. I’ve lost many an hour(er.. .hook up) waiting for my bartender to weed through 500 credit cards so I can hit the bricks. During the week, it’s not bad for happy hour or a late evening cocktail, but there are much better options within walking distance to go on the weekend.

OMG — if you want to laugh — go here. The girls dress super slutty and in high heels that they don’t know how to walk in. It’s a total meat market. My friends and I laughed the entire time we were here at the expense of other people. The music is so loud you have to shout. I can’t believe no one has reviewed this place before. I bet it’s because no self respecting Unilocalster would admit they actually went here. We stayed for two drinks and then headed over to Sherlock’s.
