Cici’s used to be great back in the day. What did they used to offer their buffet at? $ 2.99? Great! And you used to get a good variety and the quality of the food was better. But now? Quality seems to have declined, pizza tastes more like cardboard now, variety isn’t as good any more(and I wish they would put more variety on the buffet these days. And do they even have those cheese and marinara sauce stuffed rolls any more? Those things used to be great back then, but they don’t seem to have them any more. As I said, decline in variety, and they seem to be cutting corners on the value they are giving us. I noticed the quality of the salad bar doesn’t seem to be as good as it used to be when I was younger, and the quality and variety of the desserts /sweets isn’t as good as it used to be. The cheese garlic bread used to be more moist, fluffier, and delicious. It was one of my favorite items on Cici’s menu. But now, the garlic bread cheese is no longer made of the same moist, melted goodness cheese. It is hard cheese, with some hard dry parmesan sprinkled on top, blech. Bring back the old moist, melted cheese from back then! Not this hard pale imitation they are giving us now). And to top all that bad stuff off, the treatment I got at this location was horrible. Caucasian manager I dealt with at this location was oh so rude, bad attitude, bad in manners, ungentlemanlike. I wish people who deal with customers would learn better manners and to treat others respectfully, but unfortunately our society nowadays seems to be on decline in the area of treating people nicely and being kind to others, and being considerate to others. I dunno what’s wrong with people like this who treat others badly, when no one has done anything bad to them, but be nice.

Their customer services sucks because there isn’t any. First off I get there and we pay and get the pizza. Their variation of pizza sucks its nothing like they show on the commercial. They have like 3 pizzas out plus some nasty looking sweets. The place looks run down like the owner does not care about his store. I guess I should have known this place wasn’t all that great since there were only like 8 people in there or maybe even less when I got there. I guess I cannot complain though because their prices are so cheap. I will never go there again. By the way their employees are so lazy I dont even know why they have employees. The cashier just sits there and messes around with the computer. The girl that is cleaning the tables doesnt even look at you she just walks by and well the pizza guy is just doing the pizzas.

Upon entering this place, I was greeted by a nasty man with the longest fingernails I have ever seen. He proceeded to ring up my purchase for the overpriced buffet, and handed me my change… his nails scraped me and I almost walked out. The food wasn’t hot, even though the pizzas were under heat lamps. The woman working the ovens was highly unpleasant(seemed bothered when you asked her to custom-make a pie). The whole place seemed sticky and gross(and I love cici’s, at least I did, back when I was younger and didn’t care so much about sanitation). When I pulled the chair out to sit down at a table, my hand was immediately covered in some sort of nasty funk. My coworker and i had to use anti-bacterial gel on our hands before we even considered eating. Highly disappointing, considering there are other Cici’s Pizza places around DFW that aren’t as terrible.

Went in on Saturday with my grandson. Floors were sticky and wet and when I mentioned to the manager, he said, «I don’t see anything.» and went back to playing cards on the PC at the counter. They are doing away with their plain pasta and white sauce, and limiting the pizza offerings — they’ve also cut back on salads and desserts. Prices are way up(drinks are over $ 2 each, so the price soars way up when you add the drink to the buffet price). The manager at this store was just plain rude — I certainly won’t go back.
