Cindy DiMaggio the Eyebrow Expert

She is the best as far as eyebrow waxing goes in Dallas, without a doubt. The only complaint I have is the appointment scheduling, as others have mentioned. It takes weeks to get an appt and she’s always so booked that she can never just squeeze you in… the website is a pain in the ass to book an appt but she is so busy that I guess I can understand why she has her clients use this versus texting or emailing her for an appt. Still though… it’s kind of annoying and she only takes cash, no cards which is an inconvenience in my opinion.

Cindy is the absolute best. I’ve had my eyebrows waxed at dozens of places and she is easily my favorite. She does a perfect job every time. However, making an appointment on the website is a hassle — sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t…I hope this changes.

Please, please, PLEASE do not go to this place. She ruined my eyebrows completely. Most unprofessional and rude person I’ve ever met in my life. There is a place called «Waxing The City» across the street, extremely nice, affordable and very professional staff.

I am not sure what these other people based their review on but i found this to be a thoroughly easy and enjoyable process – to the point that Cindy is now my official eyebrow person for as long as i work on this side of town. I am use to the «pain» associated with putting hot wax on your eyebrow and the upcoming ripppppppppp! however, with Cindy it was so inconsequential that i was shocked. in addition, Cindy uses the lighted magnifying lamp that allows her to remove all those little hairs that are left behind by other waxers (you know the ones you see once you sit down in front of your magnified makeup mirror). I set up an appointment for a wax and eyebrow tint and Cindy let me know that there was no need to do the tint.

I agree with the previous reviewer. Getting an appointment here is next to impossible. I am not willing to wait nearly two weeks to get a password to then try to make an appointment sometime in the future. There are many other great brow experts in Dallas. This one is not worth the effort.

I have heard such great things about Cindy DiMaggio, however, I am unable to verify these claims, because making an appt with this woman is like pulling teeth! The website is not user friendly, and you can ONLY make appts online. There is nowhere for new clients to register or make an appt and after texting/​calling several times, I was given a username and password via text yet still unable to log in. Too much trouble in my opinion.
