Eyebrow Mantra

I joined Unilocal just so I can write this review. Yes, it was that bad. Ugh!
I’ll try to keep it short.
Bought a Groupon for a wax. Phone to set an appointment before purchase. Luckily, there were a couple slots available. Great! What luck!
Walked in ten minutes early to find a tiny Indian girl sitting around. Quick small talk. She locked the doors, pulled the curtains and then proceeded to ask if I would prefer she leave while I undress. Um. You just locked the door so I guess that’s a rhetorical question?
If you knew me, I’m really laid back and it takes more then a few punches to get me upset. Seriously. Just had to add this.,
Well back to the story. She asked if this is my first time and I said no, second. She asked what was my first experience like and what type of waxing. «It was great and it was a hard wax». (2 types of waxing; Hard wax where it’s just peeled straight off or the conventional strips)
Lady said it hurts less with strips. Probably, if it was performed by anyone besides her.
Omg!!! Seriously, omg. She kept waxing the same area. Mentioned how I had sensitive skin and if she kept waxing that area it’ll get irritated later. Um., lady you have been pulling at the sane area over and over until I had to ask how much longer. She asked if I shave before and I said no. Then afterwards said I must have bc she can’t seem to remove the hairs. She was rushing the whole time and never once. NEVER ONCE. Asked if I was ok.
She then said she was done. I looked. There was hair everywhere! I asked her to pluck remaining stragglers and she said she’ll just wax it off. I mentioned that she just said my skin was sensitive so why is she wanting to wax? She then started plucking. Few seconds the said she was again finished. Didn’t clean afterwards. I had wax all over. I had hair all over. I had to ask for wipes.
She then said she’ll get the other lady to do me next time. Ok. No, thank you. No, you ok? No, anything.
I am a tipper. This is the first time I did not tip. Walked out and decided to begin my journey of reviews. With this being my first.
Please stay away from the tiny Indian girl., not worth the $ 25 groupon. Trust me
