Closed… Just stopped by to get some of their yummy orange chicken and they are closed for good.

This place is a solid, there-when-you-need-it Asian restaurant. The portions and prices are fantastic. There is a drive through for convenience and everyone is friendly. The daily special is always chicken fried rice, and it’s the best I’ve found so far in Dallas. It’s probably the best chicken fried rice I’ve ever had. I eat here at least a few times a month, and recommend it.

I’ve been going here for about 3 years and I still love it. With that being said, I have only had limited dishes. I always get the same thing. THAIFRIEDRICE! OMG! This is the best I’ve ever had. I highly suggest you get this. Order the combo thai fried rice with chicken and shrimp and you won’t be disappointed! Your total should be about $ 7.57. True the daily special is good but the Thai Fried Rice is to die for. Fresh veggies, fresh onion, everything taste so fresh, and then you add the seasoned chicken and shrimp… yummy! Give this a try! Oh and it’s enough to feed 4 ppl in one order.

Seems pretty good. Had chicken fried rice(huge portions) and the spare ribs, awesome. Haven’t tried anything else our been in side. I have only done the drive through thing.

I am going to give this a 4 star rating based on price and portion. The taste is prob as 3 star. They have a daily fried rice special and you get s ton of food for a very little amount of money and I truly believe that you could easily split this thing with someone. I have had the Spicy Basil Thai chicken and the Ching Ching Chix nad Crab Rangoon and they were all pretty good but just the normal, standard, run of the mill, over the counter sauce, sauced food. They were good bit nothing to write home about, but just good. The inside in some ways make you want to take it home and the drive thru does take a little while but you are able to be comfortable in your own clean car that has a radio or other form of entertainment. I would chose this option versus going in, look at the pics some people posted on here. Basically if you need a dump truck of decent Asian food for cheap, this is your spot.

I bet I can do a better job at cooking Asian than these folks. The egg rolls were brown and crispy but were overpowered with the taste of stale cooking oil. After a few bites from each of my dishes: Shrimp Fried Rice, Pork Lo Mein, and Beef Szechwan, I promptly closed them up and shoved the containers in my refrigerator. If you’re anything like me, you know what comes next: the trash. It’s nice to get a lot of food for cheap prices but not at the expense of terrible or lackluster flavor. I would have been more satisfied with a can of La Choy.

This place is nothing to look at but you cant beat the chicken fried rice special for $ 3.65. The portion could easily feed a family of four. I asked for ginger in mine and was pleasantly surprised by the great flavor of the rice and veggies.

LOVE the eggrolls and the lomein is wonderful and enough for at least three meals. Get your own little bag of almond cookies. You won’t want to share.

I’ve driven by this place many times over the years and was curious how bad or how surprisingly good it could be. My coworker happen to go a few weeks ago and told me about the chicken fried special for $ 3.65. The huge portion of fried rice she brought back, the quality of fried rice, and the price quickly got me thinking… I need to go! This place is a hole-in-the-wall american chinese style fast food joint. No frills a counter with menus a few tables and no wait staff. They clearly cater to take out orders as they do have a drive-through window. My first visit I ordered the 4 dollar chicken fried rice and it came out within 5 minutes. I usually order fried rice on the first visit to an american chinese restaurant. My reasoning… if you can’t cook fried rice, you’re doing something wrong. Anyways, I go home and the fried rice is stacked! The togo container can barely contain the contents. The fried rice has your typical mix of peas and carrots along with some sprouts and ample portions of chicken. The rice tastes great and not because I paid 4 bucks. It’s actually not too greasy nor bland. The second visit just this past weekend, I ordered the combo fried rice and kung pao chicken. The combo fried rice did not disappoint. Shrimp, beef, and chicken portion was great and I was pleased that they don’t add chinese pork into the mix. The kung pao chicken was ok… nothing to write home about. My 4 stars is for their fried rice. 4 bucks, that’s hard to beat. Even their combo fried rice was under 7 bucks with tax. I’ll have to try at least a few more dishes but I’m pretty hooked on the fried rice. Give it a shot, I’m glad i did. P. S. To the owner, light up the sign outside. It looks like you’re closed at night.

This place was my fav as a kid! Shrimp or Chicken fried rice sign me up. Today, I still have not found fried rice that can beat it. I haven’t eaten there in 15 years I would guess. Today I got won ton soup. Yummy! I have to back SOON and try the other dishes to see if the deliciousness has changed.

TERRIBLE! I have no idea how someone could rate this place as good! Sure, the portions are huge, but the quality is worse than terrible. I ordered the Pad Kee Mow and couldn’t believe how cheap it was(like $ 6 something) and then on top of it how much food it came with! That part was awesome. Unfortunately, when I opened the to-go container the noodles looked like the had simply been boiled. What??? I order my food at the medium spice level. Normally Pad Kee Mow is colored from the chili peppers and soy sauce — not these noodles my friend. The best way I know to describe the dish is that it tasted the way a greasy egg roll smells, NOT tastes, smells. Lord knows I love greasy egg roll taste. Or, like the grease at a convenient store… you know what I am talking about? Anyway, I am one of those people that NEVER throws away food and will even get a to-go box for a potato skin with no potato left(okay not really, but you get the gist) and I took a few bites of this and threw it away! Unheard of folks. I can’t remember ever doing that. I would definitely suggest you march over to De Rice Thai, Thai Spice off of Frankfurt, or Thai Tanee — all excellent choices!

I was pleasantly surprised by how good Eggroll Express was. I went in mainly because my grandparents lived close by when I was little, and I wanted to see what the house looked like now. I drove by this place on the way back and said«Hey! I remember that place! I wonder if it’s any good?» It is. I got the Imperial-style Vietnamese egg rolls(or they may have been spring rolls…) and the pad kee mow. Vietnamese and Thai at an egg roll place. :P The egg rolls were delicious, very crispy and served with lettuce, which I wrapped around the rolls, and a very mildly flavoured sauce which complimented them perfectly. It’s a perfect appetizer for two people, just enough to be delightful but not enough to fill you up. I’m a big guy(6′, 250lbs) and the pad kee mow could easily have fed two of me, if we had been particularly hungry. It’s like two pounds of noodles and veggies. And, it was delicious. Really peppery and basil-y, nice spice-heat to it. It has little bits of stir-fried egg in it, which I love. (For those who aren’t familiar, pad kee mow is flat noodles stir fried with black pepper, basil, chilies, bell pepper, onions, and bean sprouts. Nom.) It was a little greasy, but this is an egg roll shack. I expected greasy delicious hot food, and I got what I wanted and more. What I’m saying is that this is guilty-pleasure fast food, not P.F. Chang’s. I will definitely stop by again any time I’m anywhere close. A bundle of memories and a totally positive new experience.

Not bad… I can’t speak for all their food, but i will say this, their eggrolls aren’t bad. I was starving and driving around in this miserable weather, this is Dallas for God’s sake not Seattle, and I spotted the«Express». I’ve seen it for years and never stopped. Hunger and ambition got the best of me and I ordered one eggroll to stop the pain. He made it fresh and fried it in front of me. It was not bad. I’ll go back to sample other items on his menu. Also, it was only a buck.
