Came in before close & received great service from employee Andrew. Saw many customers get helped upon my visit & had all my questions answered. Polite & professional! Had a horrible experience a year ago due to an employee. Glad to see new great staff. Will return!

Worst Fedex ever. There is a reason the entire store was empty. Came here to ship three boxes. Was told we could not ship them in the boxes we had them in even though we shipped them two days ago with no issues. Took 30 minutes for her to pick a box. The box we suggested in the first five minutes by the way. What we were shipping was not valuable yet she packed it with packing paper. 40 minutes in we are still waiting for her to finish box one. Run don’t walk away from this fedex. Drive miles out of your way to not come here.

FIND A DIFFERENTKINKOS/FEDEX! Trust me. I have never even been in a FedEx store until yesterday, and it was quite the disappointment. The store is aesthetically pleasing, but thats as far as the good part of this experience goes. The woman who assisted me yesterday was neither friendly or helpful. She made it seem as though my presence was an inconvenience despite the fact that I was the ONLY person there. I had a very simple project for them & she informed me it would take all day because they were short staffed & she was leaving soon. I was told they would call me when it was ready. As you can probably guess, they never called. This morning I called & was told the order was ready.(wonder what happened to that phone call yesterday?) I go to pick up the order & the man who assisted me was completely apathetic. Great. Here we go again. I open the box to find that 1 of the 2 hole punches they needed to make were not lined up with the sample I had given them. I tell the man that the hole punches do not match & in the driest way possible he says«no, they sure don’t». No s**t. So, now this project is currently on hold while they try to fix their mistake. The paper we bought is now useless & we can do nothing but wait to see if they get it right this time. They said we would not be charged for the paper they will now have to supply, but there was no offer of any type of discount for the inconvenience. And honestly, people make mistakes, but I guess the worst part of the whole experience is that NO apology was offered. That should not have only been a business courtesy, but a common sense one as well. They definitely need to work on their customer service skills, or get employees who actually care about what they do.
