Fossil Store

Management is excellent here. They have a high level of customer service here and a very knowledgeable staff.

Went in today with a broken link in my watch that I’d purchased from here four months ago. They replaced the entire watch without question. Such excellent customer service that is nearly unheard of anymore. I was in an out in five minutes. Thanks for keeping the customer first. Three cheers for Fossil!!!

I needed a new battery.
They were unable to get the back off my watch to change the battery here so they sent it out to be changed.
It’s frustrating when it seems like any Fossil item always needs to be sent out if anything needs done to it, even down to a simply batter. I know it’s not the employees fault. They are probably trained as sales people, not watch technicians.

This is the Fossil store in the Galleria mall.
I rated it 5 stars compared to the Fossil store at Northpark.
When I walked in this Fossil, everyone was chill. I knew what purse I wanted, so I kind of bee-​lined for it. A guy working there made the comment that I looked like I knew what I was there for. I said, «Yep! This one please!» and held up my pretty little green purse that I wanted. I was splurging on this purse because I’m NOT a girly girl, but I saw this little green guy at the Fossil in Northpark and had to have it. It’s just too cute. Yes, it’s $ 150, but I know that it will last me FOREVER. Plus, it’s got an extra strap I can attach if I want a longer one.
He said he had a few in the back that hadn’t been out on the sales floor/​handled, so he’d go get me one of those. While I was waiting, he said, they had matching wallets right here. OOo really… The other Fossil store had wallets, but none matching the color/​design of the purse I wanted.
Decided not to get the matchy matchy wallet, but a coordinating one (the stitching on my green purse is a light brown, so I got the light brown wallet) instead. Still has the same Fossil logo and same design inside, so it’s obviously from the same ‘line’.
Nice guy came back to the counter with my new purse and it was still all wrapped in its protective tissue paper housing. Other nice guy behind the register rang me up while I was hemming and hawwing about getting the wallet (a $ 45 wallet.). He said, «C’mon! It’s spring break!» Which made me laugh, so I had to buy it.
I really did need a new wallet. I’d been using the same tri-​fold wallet I got in high school. Black wallet with blue flames on it that in its past life was a chain wallet. Really. Carried that bad boy for 10+ years! My new wallet is ridiculously spacious: I have room for all the useless ass cards I carry (various loyalty program cards, various business cards from my tattoo shop, my mom, my personal cards, Blockbuster card, etc etc), a place for all of my receipts (I still balance my checkbook old school) and a place for cash, if I ever have any (which is never). So it was 100% worth the $ 45.
All the guys working were super friendly without being pushy, and none of them seemed fake. Like I said, super relaxed vibe in here. If I ever need another purse/​wallet/​etc (or anything Fossil makes, really), THIS is my store.
Highly recommend! It’s located on the 2^nd level, by the ice rink (on the Old Navy/​Gap side of the rink, not the Nordstrom side).
