Took a vintage fur in for a repair quote, and didn’t have a good experience. They made us feel like we were wasting their time. Said there was nothing to be done for the coat, which is probably true, but just threw a negative vibe in his treatment of us once there was no upside sale for him.
Had the exact opposite experience at Koslow’s. They had the same prognosis for the coat, but treated us great and had almost an artistic appreciation for our coat. I suggest you go there first or only.

furs by martin is the only way to go when shopping for a coat for your wife. i have very little knowledge when it comes to furs, but the folks at furs by martin off set any shortage of knowledge on the customer’s part. out standing customer service. they take the time to insure you purchase the correct fur for your spouse
they explain the cost and they trends in the fur business. i will be back to purchase my next coat. you can not find anyone to match their prices and quality of product.

Don’t buy here unless your a fool. The furs are a mix fur of real fur a rabbit fur or faux fake fur. If you buy any thing here take it to Neiman Marcus to be checked. I took my coat there and they told me about the scam.
Buyer beware and do research.
